Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is officially a married man!
According to Us Weekly, the reality star married his longtime girlfriend Lauren Pesce on Thursday (or, ahem, “Jerzday”) in New Jersey, surrounded by friends, family and of course, his ’Jersey Shore’ castmates.
Lauren said “I do” wearing a traditional white wedding gown and cathedral-length veil, while Mike looked dapper in a black tux.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Deena Nicole Cortese, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Pauly DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino and Angelina Pivarnick were among those in attendance for the celebration, with Jenni and Nicole’s 4-year-old daughters, Meilani and Giovanna, respectively, serving as flower girls.
Ronnie’s on-again/off-again girlfriend, Jen Harley, also attended the event with her and Ronnie’s daughter, Ariana. (Let’s just hope the couple kept their public feuding to a minimum as a wedding gift to Mike and Lauren… )
Before walking down the aisle, Mike shared a heartfelt post to Instagram dedicated to the soon-to-be Mrs. Situation.
“Today I marry my best friend, My College Sweetheart, My everything. Together, as a team we can accomplish anything. I am so grateful that you are by my side. I promise to be my best self everyday & make you proud to call yourself Mrs. Sorrentino. Love you with all my heart. Here’s to our big day.”
Mike and Lauren’s ceremony took place at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains—an extravagant venue boasting four balconies, 10 bars, a helicopter landing area, two lakes, a 21-foot fountain and a grand lobby with 55-foot high ceilings, multiple chandeliers and a dual-floating staircase.
“We are so incredibly excited to begin our journey as husband and wife,” the couple told Us Weekly following the wedding. “We are each other’s best friend and together we can handle anything. Thank you to all our family, friends and fans who have supported us every step of the way. Gym, Tan, Laurens is the new GTL!”
Unfortunately for the newlyweds, the celebratory clink of champagne glasses will soon be followed by different kind of clink…
As The Ashley previously reported, Mike has been sentenced to eight months in federal prison stemming from tax evasion charges and is set to surrender himself into prison in January.
Following his eight months in the slammer, Mike has two years of supervised release.

The wedding looked gorgeous. But I can’t imagine getting married just before a prison sentence.
She looks beautiful! And Mike is handsome too, to me they are really an amazing couple. Deena is so cute with her pregnant belly, aaw, can’t wait for her little guido!
I’m also impressed he invited Angelina, Mike really holds no grudges anymore.

Congrats to Mike and Lauren. I’m curious if Mike’s other brother, Maximo, made it to the wedding. I watched them on “Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition”. Marc, with the anger problems, made it.
