Christina Anstead will soon be giving her Flip or Flop fans a glimpse into her recent wedding and new life with husband Ant Anstead in her upcoming HGTV spin-off Christina on the Coast. The network gave viewers more details on the show on Tuesday, and confirmed that it will premiere next month.
The show– which will be sans Christina’s ‘Flip or Flop’ partner (and ex-husband) Tarek El Moussa— will focus on Christina’s growing design business, as well as her new expanded family. (Christina and Ant are expecting their first child together, and, thanks to big-mouthed Tarek, we know they’re having a baby boy!)
“The series highlights Christina as she gives clients luxe spaces filled with distinctive design elements and cool SoCal style,” an HGTV press release states. “Christina starts each episode cruising along the Pacific Coast Highway in a top-down convertible, celebrating a new life that started with her engagement and wedding to Ant Anstead, star of the MotorTrend series Wheeler Dealers. The series also features the couple’s search to find a perfect home for their growing family.”
On her Instagram account, Christina posted photos of how she transformed the Orange County home she shares with Ant.
“Filming this show was the most amazing experience and I can’t wait for you to watch each of the incredible transformations!” she captioned the photos. “These photos are pictures of our home in Newport Beach. We went with what I like to call a California Contemporary Boho Vibe. Love the way it all came together!”
In an interview last week, Tarek said he was excited to do a TV project that didn’t include Christina, and it appears that the feelings are mutual.
“You may know me from flipping houses but there’s a lot more sides to me than that.,” Christina said in a statement to HGTV. “I’m a mom with a new business venture, a new man and a new point of view. I’m helping people create beautiful new spaces to spend time with their families. There is something wonderful about reinventing someone’s world.”
The first episode of ‘Christina on the Coast’ will cover the renovation of the home of According to HGTV, Christina’s childhood friend Cassie Zebisch. According to HGTV, another episode this season will focus on the makeover that Christina and Ant gave their own pool and backyard, which now includes a water slide, outdoor bar and hot tub.

that wall quote is hideous.
Those giant quotes on their walls are so tacky. Even Chelsea Houska knew to tear that shit down
I agree about the tacky wall quotes. I’d take the rest of the living room though.
