Vanderpump Rules returns next month with a myriad of messiness that might just rival the drama SUR-ved up in the early seasons of the Bravo reality series.
In the trailer for the upcoming 10th season, viewers get to see Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz interacting amicably post-divorce, with the former husband and wife vowing to maintain “a good friendship” despite no longer being a couple of Bubbas in love.
Unfortunately, things between Katie and Tom go from amicable to a total disaster after Schwartz decides to move in on Raquel Leviss– the former fiancé of James Kennedy. (Haven’t these people realized by now that they can date people who haven’t been employed at some point by Lisa Vanderpump?)
Schwartz and Raquel are spotted kissing at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies‘ Cancun wedding–- the very same wedding Katie was “disinvited” to–- resulting in Katie putting an end to her friendship with Schwartz.
“I never had hatred for you and now I do,” Katie says in the Season 10 trailer, before going on to call Schwartz pathetic, a drunk, and a loser.
However, Schwartz isn’t the only one moving on this season, as Katie is seen making her debut as a single lady as well as making out with a new guy who hopefully doesn’t work at one of Lisa’s restaurants. Joining Katie back on the dating scene is Lala Kent, whose split from baby daddy Randall Emmett has her asking single men, “Who’s ready to be a stepdad?”
(This season will also delve into some of the details of Lala’s “deceitful relationship” with Randall, as she battles her ex for custody of their daughter, Ocean.)
While Raquel is busy enjoying her new single status this season, her ex James claims to have found the one in girlfriend Ally Lewber.
“I do think Ally is the one,” James says in the trailer. “I’m gonna put some babies in her one day.”
Meanwhile, Tom Sandoval and longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix are accused of having an open relationship, coincidentally as Sandoval and Schwartz are busy trying to open their new bar, Schwartz & Sandy’s.
As the TomTom namesake duo are put to the test trying to get their latest business up and running, Schwartz reveals the venture may have cost him a lot more than his time and money.
“If it wasn’t for this bar, me and Katie would still be together,” he tells Sandoval.
Season 10 of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ premieres Wednesday, February 8 on Bravo. Watch the trailer below.

If they are divorced why does she care
She is SUCH a bitch and she will die wrinkly and alone
Katie has no right to complain. How did she expect this to turn out? She gave Tom an ultimatum to marry her or else. Well, he married you and later decided to else.
Yeah no one thought this would work out. Tom is an adult in age only.
