It’s almost all over for Vanessa Guerra and Colt Johnson.
The former 90 Day Fiance star confirmed on Instagram this weekend that she’s in the process of divorcing her husband of three years. When asked by a fan in a Stories Q&A, “Are you still married to Colt?” she responded, “I filed, but he’s not signing.”
Starcasm confirmed there is a pending active divorce case for the former couple that was filed in Nevada in April. Per the outlet, the last update was made to the case in May with an “order denying joint petition with leave to resubmit.”
Even though her divorce is still in process, Vanessa is already moving on. When asked by a fan on Instagram, “Is there a new man in your life?” the reality star replied, “Someone might have my attention back in Reno, but I have a lot of things I need to take care of before getting into anything.”
One thing not on Vanessa’s to-do list is a return to the ’90 Day’ universe. As The Ashley previously reported, Vanessa and Colt were supposed to appear on 90 Day: The Last Resort, but had to pull out when Colt suffered a serious trampoline-related injury that resulted in him being hospitalized for weeks and required him to have multiple surgeries. Vanessa later called out the production company for not checking in on her then-husband and for not providing sufficient insurance, The Ashley reported.
With that experience, it’s not too surprising Vanessa won’t be back on TV, as she responded to one fan, “Had the opportunity to go on the second season of Last Resort, DECLINED.”
Colt hasn’t shared his thoughts on his latest divorce. He last posted to Instagram in March about taking his and Vanessa’s dog to doggy day camp.
No word on who will get custody of the dog or if the exes will share the dog like Vanderpump Rules divorcees Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney have done with their pups since splitting. On Instagram, it looks like Vanessa still considers the husky hers. When a fan asked, “How many pets do you have now?” she replied, “Just Loki.”

What did she ever see in Colt in the first place? And his crazy mother! The apple certainly did not fall far from the tree.
She’s ether a sycophant or complete idiot. Nobody in their right mind would marry this guy and his mom.
