Rachel Leviss May Add NBC Universal, Bravo & Evolution Media to Her Lawsuit Against Former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Co-Stars Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix

“…and I’m going to sue as many of them as I can.”

Rachel Leviss is considering adding her former employers to the ongoing lawsuit she filed earlier this year against her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, In Touch Weekly reports.

According documents obtained by the outlet, the Rachel Goes Rogue host informed the court last week that she may amend her complaint against Sandoval and Ariana to include NBC Universal, Bravo Media and Evolution Media– the production company behind ‘Vanderpump Rules.’

“What gives, Bambi?”

According to Radar Online, Rachel told the court that NBC Universal, Bravo and Evolution Media were allegedly each “involved in some manner in the events and circumstances giving rise to [her] lawsuit.”

As The Ashley previously told you, Rachel filed a lawsuit in February suing Sandoval for Eavesdropping; Ariana for claims of Revenge P0rn; and both for Invasion of Privacy and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

In her lawsuit, Rachel cites alleged NSFW FaceTime videos involving her and Sandoval–- which were discovered on Sandoval’s phone in March 2023, ultimately exposing Sandoval and Rachel’s months-long affair–- that Rachel claims were recorded by Sandoval without her knowledge or consent. She also alleges that Ariana obtained at least two of the videos and “distributed them and/or showed them to others” without her consent.

Ariana has denied sharing the video(s) with third parties and filed a motion in June demanding the lawsuit be tossed under the anti-SLAPP statute, which protects California residents from litigation that violates their right to free speech. Rachel’s legal team has argued Ariana’s claim, stating that Rachel’s lawsuit was not “an attack on [Ariana’s] right to speak freely about matters of public concern,” as Ariana claimed. Team Rachel also argued that Ariana “cannot be protected by the anti-SLAPP statute because [her actions were] illegal.”

A hearing to discuss the motion has been set for July 11.

“Can we wrap this thing up? I’m pretty booked and busy this year.”

Meanwhile, Sandoval– who has also denied all allegations of wrongdoing– filed a motion to dismiss the suit in April, though his request was ultimately denied the following month.

“Whatever, dude.”

If Rachel does add the additional defendants to her lawsuit, hers will be just one of many filed against Bravo and NBC Universal in recent months.

In April, former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ cast member Faith Stowers hit Bravo and NBC Universal with a lawsuit alleging discrimination and retaliation. (Her lawsuit also details an incident in which she claims she was “violently assaulted” by cast member Lala Kent, who was allegedly wielding a knife at the time.) The network and producers have denied the accusations made by Faith, though the case is ongoing.

“That’s right, Bravo…I haven’t forgiven OR forgotten!”

In February, a lawsuit was filed against Bravo and host/executive producer Andy Cohen by former Real Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney, accusing both parties of encouraging substance abuse, playing favorites, overlooking sexually predatory behavior and more. A representative for Andy later responded to Leah’s allegations in a statement to Page Six, telling the outlet the claims against the executive producer and host “are completely false.”

A week before Leah filed her civil lawsuit, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville accused Andy Cohen of sexual harassment in a letter written by her attorney.

“I guess we can forget about being invited to BravoCon next year…”

Brandi alleged in the legal filing that Andy invited her over FaceTime to watch him have sex with another Bravo star– later revealed to be Below Deck’s Kate Chastain– while he was “obviously inebriated.” Andy went on to apologize for the incident, calling it an “inappropriate” joke.
