Tom Sandoval’s Girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson Addresses the Lawsuit Sandoval Filed (& Later Dropped) Against Ariana Madix: “Hopefully Everyone Understands”

“What I’d REALLY like to ‘understand’ is why you’re chiming in on something that has nothing to do with you, new girl…”

Victoria Lee Robinson is attempting to provide some clarity regarding the lawsuit her boyfriend Tom Sandoval filed against his ex-girlfriend and Vanderpump Rules co-star Ariana Madix last week, as well as the actions both she and Sandoval took shortly after the suit was filed.

As The Ashley told you last week, Sandoval filed a lawsuit against Ariana alleging that the Love Island host had “obtained access” to his phone in March 2023 without “authorization or permission” and proceeded to view NSFW videos of former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Rachel Leviss. These videos–- which Rachel claims were recorded by Sandoval without her knowledge or permission–- led Ariana to find out about the months-long affair Sandoval and Rachel were having behind her back.

Yet somehow that isn’t stopping either one of you from trying to make it worse…

Shortly after filing the lawsuit against his ex, Sandoval went on to delete his social media account–- as did his girlfriend Victoria–- though he soon returned to the platform with a statement insisting he had filed the lawsuit against Ariana unintentionally and would not only be dropping the suit, but would also be firing his legal team for not clarifying “what this action [against Ariana] actually means.”

” … Now, by removing both the Cross-Complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to get through this case quickly, so that Ariana and I can both finally MOVE ON with our lives,” Sandoval added.

In an Instagram comment screenshotted and shared to her Instagram Story, Victoria–- who has been dating Sandoval since early this year–- explained why she and Sandoval decided to delete their social media accounts after Sandoval filed the lawsuit, claiming they both did so after Sandoval “found out about what the filing really meant.”

“ … We BOTH were shocked and did not want hate and criticism from the public on something when he needed to focus on fixing it immediately without any distractions,” she wrote. “So he made a statement knowing he was going to activate his Instagram once it was finished and the issue was resolved before the backlash came in.

“Hopefully everyone understands,” the model and former girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio added.

While Sandoval’s lawsuit against Ariana has been dropped, the fallout from Scandoval is far from over.

As The Ashley previously told you, Rachel is currently suing both Sandoval and Ariana over the alleged NSFW videos on Sandoval’s phone, which Rachel claims Ariana distributed to other people after watching them. That lawsuit is ongoing.

Sandoval and Ariana are also locked in a legal battle regarding the Valley Village, California, home they used to share. In June, it was revealed that the exes will first try to settle the dispute via private mediation. However, if that doesn’t work out, they are scheduled to face off in court with a trial date set for February 17, 2026.

  1. Wow, their world must be so small that they think anyone cares!

Also, I would love to know what Leo thinks of his name being tossed around with this chick or that “ex-girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio” is a career title.
