Christina Hall Reveals She Has Hired a Life Coach Following Split From Third Husband Josh Hall; Vows to “Never Ever Give Away [Her] Peace Again”

From ‘Christina on the Coast’ to ‘Christina and the Coach.’

Christina Hall is moving on and feeling better, thanks to the help of a life coach.

The HGTV star took to social media on Friday to give fans an update on how she is doing, one month after the news broke that she and her third husband Josh Hall are divorcing after two years of marriage.

“One month later … I finally have my appetite back,” Christina shared Friday. “I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. Those poor kids adore me … anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.”

Christina–- who shares two children with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and one child with ex-husband Ant Anstead–- went on to reveal that she has enlisted the help of a life coach amid her latest divorce.

Josh and Christina, before their marriage flipping flopped…

“I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise– I will never ever give away my peace again,” she wrote. “I will say– if you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments of being present.”

Christina added that she has “laughed more” over the last few weeks and that her work life is going so well that “it feels like a dream.”

Christina’s upbeat update was a stark contrast from her recent Instagram Stories, many of which have fired back at claims people close to Josh have made to the media regarding details of their divorce. She has also used the platform to call out her estranged husband for his alleged actions leading up to the split, while also painting him as a wannabe victim who’s angling to get money that is not his and even calling him “an insecure man with a large ego.”

In court documents, Christina accused Josh of stealing money from her–- more than $35,000, which she alleges Josh diverted from her separate property rental income to his personal bank account on July 8, 2024.

“The fact that this is the same date he now alleges to be our date of separation, even though it is actually July 7, 2024, makes it clear why he chose the next day,” she continued in the court filing.

Meanwhile, Josh asked for spousal support from Christina in his divorce filing and requested that Christina be prevented from receiving financial support from him. He also asked the court to divide his and Christina’s assets based on what they each owned prior to tying the knot and has requested the rights to any HGTV and/or Discovery Network shows or specials that he and Christina produced together during their marriage.

In other words: things are gonna get messy.

Christina countered Josh’s request for alimony in her own court filing, arguing that Josh “has his own money and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me.”

She also noted that Josh has “sufficient assets of his own to pay his own attorney’s fees and costs.”

While Josh has not addressed many of the allegations Christina has made against him, Page Six reports that a source close to the real estate agent denied Christina’s claims that she offered Josh “millions” in their divorce proceedings, insisting that Josh and Christina “haven’t even started negotiations.”

Josh did, however, take to social media recently to break his silence on his and Christina’s split, telling fans that he prefers privacy, “especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for.”

“I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them,” he wrote. “Unfortunately the internet is forever.

“We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters,” he continued. “Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are.”

  1. I thought Christina’s Ayuaska ceremony was supposed to fix her? This was between Ant and Josh. Now she’s going to have a life coach. Then there will be another guy she’s going to date and marry in the next year. Then, after they divorce, what’s Christina going to go next?

    I vote for Voodoo priestess.

  2. She’ll have found a new “soulmate” soon enough. I put money on that. Christina seems very insecure and like she NEEDS a man. That is evident in the fact that she can’t just be in a relationship, she has to be married. It’s so strange…
