It’s a Boy! ‘Alaskan Bush People’ Stars Bear & Raiven Brown Welcome Third Child

“We’ve broken up again had another baby!”

Another baby has arrived in the Bush!

Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown and his wife Raiven Adams welcomed their third child this week, with the couple announcing the baby’s birth on social media.

“Baby boy is here,” Raiven shared on her Instagram Story. “Pictures and what not to come! He couldn’t wait one more day for his scheduled c-section lol. Born August 20, 2024.”

“Meet Everest Makai Joshua Brown! The third and final addition to our little wolf pack!” Bear wrote on Instagram. “I could not be more proud of Raiven, she has been so strong through this entire pregnancy! A man can never fully comprehend just what a mother goes through! Raiven is an amazing woman, a fantastic mother, and the best partner you could ask for! I feel very blessed! Thank you Raiven for making my dreams come true!”

Raiven went on to share in an Instagram post that she and Bear named their baby boy Everest Makai Joshua Brown. She also confirmed that Everest– who weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz. at birth– was “doing amazing” and did not have to spend any time in the NICU, unlike her first two sons River and Cove did.

As fans may remember, Bear and Raiven’s first son, River, was born prematurely via emergency C-section in 2020, despite Raiven staying in the hospital for two months prior to the birth in an effort to prevent her son’s early arrival. While Bear and Raiven’s second child, Cove–- who was born in January 2023–- was 38 weeks at birth, he also had to spend some time in the NICU due to a premature infant lung disease.

Raiven referred to Everest as “the last newborn baby” on social media, suggesting that she and Bear aren’t planning to add any more cubs children to their family.

As fans of ‘Alaskan Bush People’ know, Bear and Raiven have had a rocky relationship dating back to September 2019, which has consisted of Raiven filing (and later dropping) several restraining orders against Bear, a messy custody battle over their first son and allegations of abuse and drug use.

Following several court proceedings– and plenty of drama– the pair reunited (and broke up a few more times) before finally tying the knot in January 2022.

Three months after their wedding, Bear was arrested for allegedly putting his hands on Raiven during an argument between the two. Raiven, who claimed to be the alleged victim of the domestic violence incident, went on to have a no-contact order placed against Bear on March 14, 2022, which she asked the court to rescind two days later. At the time, Bear called the claims against him “unfounded” and Raiven posted a statement to Instagram calling the incident between them “a private matter” that “shouldn’t be shared online.”

Raiven revealed in December 2022 that she and Bear had separated, but by the following month, the two had patched things up once again before welcoming their second child.

River and Cove, wondering if they should warn their baby bro of what’s to come…

The pair announced in December that they were expecting baby No. 3.

Raiven has stated that she and Bear and their boys are currently living in Texas— rather than the “bush”— so that she could get better medical care during her pregnancy.

Bear and Raiven received plenty of congratulatory messages from fans, in addition to some Bear’s mom.

“WTG y’all!” Ami Brown wrote in the comment section of Bear’s post. “I am so happy he has finally joined us! I love you little man!!”

  1. I just think he wants what his brothers have, Gabe and Noah. (And Rain is now on verge of getting married) But for that, Bear, you need to stop being a nutcase. (Let’s also not forget the downfallen brother, Matt, who is just disgusting)

I’m sure Noah and Gabe are great dads….this guy however, not so much.

  2. Hard to be excited for a 3rd child to be born in an unstable and toxic environment. If there was drug use and domestic violence then I doubt it was miraculously fixed. If you break up constantly that could be the universe telling you that you are in the wrong relationship. Having more kids won’t fix relationship issues.

    1. 100%- EXACTLY. Could not have said this better myself! I hope it works out for them but stats show it likely won’t and that domestic violence increases over time, when the couple stays together…
