For Sale! Flagstaff Mansion Owned By ‘Sister Wives’ Stars Kody & Robyn Brown Hits Market for $1.65 Million: Details

“Buy our house! I promise to yank all of Kody’s Top Ramen curls out of the shower drain before you move in!”

Kody and Robyn Brown are getting the hell out of Dodge Flagstaff— or, at least getting out of their mansion in the Arizona city.

The massive home owned by the Sister Wives stars hit the market on Thursday afternoon. For a cool $1.65 million, fans can own the ultimate piece of ‘Sister Wives’ memorabilia: Kody and Robyn’s polygamist dream home!

It’s currently unknown why Kody and his only remaining wife are choosing to sell their beloved home; it’s also not clear as of now where Kody and Robyn (and their five kids) will live once the home sells.

In the trailer for the upcoming 19th season of ‘Sister Wives,’ it appears that Kody and Robyn are struggling in their marriage. While there’s no indication that the two have split, The Ashley would like to point out that the first sign that something was amiss in Kody’s marriage to his now-ex-wife Christine was that Christine put her Flagstaff home on the market. It was later revealed that she did so when she left Kody and moved to Utah.

The “Kobyn” Mansion can be yours!

For those of you who have an extra $1.65 million set aside for a rainy day and/or a medical disaster such as getting a knife in the kidney, Kody and Robyn’s mountain abode is a dream come true.

“Tucked away behind towering pines on a secluded ridge, this stunning five-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers unparalleled privacy and breathtaking views,” the real estate listing reads. “Backing the National Forest on a picturesque 2-acre lot, this home is truly one of a kind.”

The home’s new owners can reenact this awkward Thanskgiving dinner!

The massive 4,476-square-foot home boasts a master suite with built-in shelving in the walk-in closet, which means there’s plenty of room to hang your visor collection! It also has a “spa-like” bathroom, complete with a dual-head shower to wash (what’s left) of your blond curls!

The home comes with a large porch (with rocking chairs but, sadly, no sister wives to sit with or polygamist grandkids to watch.)

“Now I’m sister-wife-less and rocking-chair-less and I STILL have to have Kody! Waa!”

Other cool features include an underfloor hydronic heating system that allows the owner to control the temperature of each individual bedroom. It also comes with an extra-wide garage (which is great for storing boxes of your stuff if one of your wives throws you out of her house!)

“There’s plenty of space– trust me!”

The real estate photos give a glance inside the “Kobyn” Mansion. We see a little girl’s room (which is almost certainly the room of youngest Brown child Ariella), and a room that appears to belong to their youngest son Solomon.

We also see the purple-infused master bedroom of Kody and Robyn— complete with a purple rug, curtains and bedspread befitting of the artist Prince himself!

Clearly Robyn’s taste in men and home decor need some help…

In the master closet, a large gun safe interestingly sits next to a neon sign for Corona beer.

In the family area, there’s plenty of room for activities!

“The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining room, creating the perfect space for entertaining,” the real estate listing reads.

“There’s plenty of room for break dancing!”

“The heart of the home is the huge kitchen, equipped with a six-burner cooktop, a commercial-size refrigerator, and a walk-in pantry with space for an additional fridge,” the real estate listing reads.

“Yeah, yeah, that’s great but… THERE IS NO WETBAR! It’s basically peasant living!”

Exterior views of the house show a stuffed-to-the-brim garage, and the trampoline and backyard that was shown during many outdoor scenes filmed for ‘Sister Wives.

If Robyn and Kody get their $1.65 million asking price for the house, they’ll make a pretty profit. The couple purchased the home for $890,000 in 2019, meaning they’ll make about $890,000 on the sale. However, in the years that they’ve lived in the home, Kody and Robyn have taken out a series of loans out on the house. In December 2021, the couple requested an “urgent home loan” for $130,000. In March 2020, they also applied for a $150,000 home equity line of credit.

Kody’s other ex-wives, Janelle and Meri Brown have stated that they helped fund the purchase of Kody and Robyn’s home. Both gave the profits from selling their Las Vegas homes to Kody and Robyn to buy the “Kobyn” Mansion in Flagstaff. During a 2022 episode of ‘Sister Wives,’ Meri explained how it went down.

“Other than marrying Kody, that was probably our dumbest decision ever.”

“When I sold my house in Vegas, I gave my money that I made from that house to Robyn so that she could buy her house here in Flagstaff,” Meri said, adding that, up until that point, the Browns had pooled their money and used it wherever it was needed. Meri went on to claim that the family has “always worked together.”

That “working together” plan meant that Janelle and Meri contributed their Vegas home earnings, as well as money from the family pooled account, to buy Robyn’s home.

The home is still listed for sale as of press time.

  1. Plus Janelle received an inheritance a long time ago and they used that to buy the Lehi house. Janelle has given so much and got shit on in the end.

  2. I mean, they lost 3 incomes. If I remember Janelle’s laid it out before and a lot of money was going toward Robyn/Kody expenses/major purchases.
Then the loans off the house equity, that’s a ton of debt.
A storyline right now is possibly suing Kody to force the sale/be bought out of/pay off that stupid chunk of land they bought, the timeline seems right. I mean, I’d be surprised if he hadn’t been dragging his feet forever on it, and she’s had to act to force him to.
I honestly imagine they have to tighten up their budget even more and are forced to live differently. Even though the other wives started to pull financials back a while ago (so they could afford to leave) Jannelle said in the past they were a heavy drain on financials, I don’t remember exactly what she said, but I do know the subtext was “Irresponsible with money, and excessive, poor impulse control”

That bedroom is a 90’s teenager’s dream. OMG.

  3. wow ~ that master bedroom is TUH-RAGIC. looks like a lisa frank store threw up in a 90s teen girl’s trapper keeper.
    🟣🦄🧙🏻‍♂️💜🧙🏻‍♀️🐉🔮🧚🏻‍♀️☪️🦄

    1. also ~ the master closet apparently opens directly to the yard?? that’s definitely a new one…
      🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

  4. Are all of Robyn’s kids still living at home??

I would be very very surprised if Robyn left Kody at this point. The way she blamed everyone else for leaving and told them they didn’t try hard enough…. She owes them all an apology now, but would definitely if she left too.

  5. I looked too. Some really ugly decor. The realtor should have told them to take down most of that ‘artwork’, take out all of that purple and red and put neutral colors. There is no sense of style in this decor and arrangement of furniture. They should get someone to stage it.

They probably wore themselves out cleaning it up and taking all the junk out.

  6. Who staged this? Leaving out the floral print blouses, cupboard crammed with dishes and squatty potty for the photos???

  7. Some of the reality groups have gotten prices for some of their gazillion knick-knacks. There are a ton of statues and paintings that cost $2000-$7500 each. They are just hemorrhaging money on ugly crap. A huge house’s worth of ugly crap. When the show money dries up, they are going to majorly regret all of it. Robyn needs real help for her shopping addiction, and Kody needs to stop buying big ticket items to fuel his ego. What a WASTE.

  8. I hope they are selling just to pay back Janelle for all the money they took from her.

Plus now that they are moving they don’t need all that stuff, Robyn can sell her hoarder stash and use that to pay for groceries.

  9. Just like with Alana and Dralin, David and Janelle, Farah, etc., when one refuses to get off that lazy train and get a job, home sales, GoFundMe, and Only Fans become the slacker’s go-to’s!

    1. Grifters that have no shame. Mr. Sperminator and Mrs. Frown are probably a hair away from bankruptcy, now that the OG 3 have wised up and left their lazy asses. Just desserts, I’d say.

  10. I couldn’t help myself, I had to look. I don’t know the AZ market, but I cannot imagine that is a $1.6 million dollar home.

We’ve moved a lot, subsequently we’ve purchased and sold several homes; I’ve learned to just say, “It’s not my taste” and leave it at that. 😬

I’ll be very interested to see how quickly it sells and for what price.

    1. The AZ market is crazy. Flagstaff is really bad, the market is over priced and has a housing shortage. Rent is outrageous if you can find any availability. It’s settling down in the valley, but Flag has always been overpriced.
