‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ Star Angelina Pivarnick Pleads Guilty to Disorderly Conduct Charge Stemming From June Arrest

Angelina, entering her well-behaved era.

Angelina Pivarnick’s legal issues stemming from her June arrest have finally been resolved.

According to People, the Jersey Shore Family Vacation star pleaded guilty last week to Disorderly Conduct– a non-criminal offense in New Jersey– a charge stemming from the domestic violence incident and subsequent arrest that occurred at her New Jersey home in June.

As The Ashley previously told you, Angelina was arrested June 2 and charged with Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief, Obstructing the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest following an incident that took place at the New Jersey home she and fiancé Vinny Tortorella share.

The MTV star was not taken to the Monmouth County Jail over the incident, as she was “released on summons and given a ticket due to the degree of the crime.” Shortly after Angelina’s arrest, her attorney, James Leonard Jr., claimed that a bad reaction to over-the-counter medicine was to blame for the Staten Island native’s behavior back in June; however, it was later revealed that police were called to Angelina and Vinny’s home for a domestic violence incident.

In July, Angelina appeared in court (virtually) for her first hearing, during which she entered a not-guilty plea, with her attorney noting that the matter would reset “for what we are hopeful will be a resolution.”

“…or if nothin’ else, a storyline for next season.”

Last week, Judge Nicole Sonneblick– the judge overseeing Angelina’s case– ruled for a conditional dismissal of Angelina’s Disorderly Conduct charge, which will ultimately dismiss the charge under the condition that Angelina meets certain probational requirements over the course of one year. (The conditions of Angelina’s probation were not named, according to People.)

“Someone grab my luggage trash bags…I gotta clean up my act.”

Assuming she walks the straight and narrow over the next year and adheres to the requirements of her probation, Angelina’s guilty plea will be expunged from her record.

The Asbury Park Press of New Jersey reports that Judge Sonnenblick also granted the prosecutor’s motion to dismiss Angelina’s four other charges, which, as stated above, include Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief, Obstructing the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest.

“All of Angelina’s criminal charges were dismissed,” Angelina’s attorney told People. “She admitted responsibility only for a non-criminal offense, the substance of which was that she created a minor disturbance in her own home.

“We [are] very happy with the outcome and she looks forward to putting this entire matter behind her,” her attorney added.

New episodes of ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ are currently airing Thursdays on MTV.
