David Eason Attempts To Break into Jenelle Evans’ Home on The Land; Nearly Gets Arrested for Trying to Take Expensive Property (Exclusive Details!)

“Get your greasy meatpaws off my motorbikes!”

Jenelle Evans‘ very, very bad week continues.

Just one day after the (now former) Teen Mom star flew to Tennessee to retrieve her son Kaiser, after leaving him with his grandma (and getting a ton of backlash for it), Jenelle had to deal with even more drama, this time courtesy of her estranged husband David Eason

TMZ reported on Tuesday (and The Ashley has confirmed with her own sources) that David, his new girlfriend Kenleigh Heatwole, another girl and several guys high (HIGH!) tailed it to The Land on Sunday night, determined to shovel tools, motorbikes and other expensive items out of one of the sheds. David— who currently has a protective order against him from Jenelle and is, therefore, not allowed on The Land— was actually escorted by a cop, who was told he was there to supervise as David retrieved his property from the shed.

“The deputy met the group and authorized them to use a SawZall tool to cut the lock of the gate leading onto the North Carolina property,” one local source tells The Ashley. “The deputy was under the impression that David was authorized to take the ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, etc. but he was not.”

‘Happier’ times on The Land…kind of.

David was not, in fact, authorized to take anything from The Land. TMZ reports that David “missed the window” of time in which he would have been allowed to remove his property from The Land and, therefore he was not actually even allowed to be on The Land, let alone take anything from it.

Jenelle– who now lives in Las Vegas— was alerted to the attempted heist by her Ring Cameras. (TMZ confirmed that David took one of the cameras on the property down.)

(You can watch the initial interaction Jenelle had with the on-scene deputy below.)

According to The Ashley’s source, was “screaming via the Ring camera” at the on-scene Deputy that David was not allowed to take any of the bikes, tools, yard equipment and other items that he, Kenleigh and the others were busy loading up onto a trailer he got from The Land, “right in full view of the cameras.”

“I’m f**kin’ TAKIN’!”

“Jenelle was screaming that the bikes and other stuff were not David’s to take and that she knew he would just sell them for cash,” the source said.

The Ashley’s source said that Jenelle then called the Sherriff’s Office and spoke to a Sergeant. Once the Sergeant was briefed on the terms of the protective order and the situation, he ordered the on-scene Deputy to stop David & Co. from loading up anything else. He then made David return everything that had already been loaded onto the trailer (i.e. all the vehicles, dirt bikes, etc.), and only take the tools with him. The Deputy also demanded that David leave the trailer on The Land and not take it with him.

The Ashley’s source says that’s when David “got pissed” and “got into a verbal altercation” with the on-scene Deputy, “narrowly avoiding getting arrested.”

“I reckon you better not make me look bad in front of my special lady, Officer! Yer fancy talkin’ words don’t work here…much like me.”

“[David] insisted that he was leaving with his trailer, and the Deputy— who had been nice up until this point— made it clear that David would be arrested if he didn’t calm down, so David piped down,” the source said.

Jenelle gave her side of the story to TMZ and, according to The Ashley’s source, it was a relatively accurate account of what went down on The Land on October 20. No arrests were made, but David and the others were reportedly informed that, if they came back to the property again, they would be arrested for trespassing.

“That’s all it is.”

“David has to have the police with him if he steps foot on the property,” the source said.

Jenelle told TMZ that she plans to “take legal action” against David and the Deputy who was on the scene that night. As of press time, no charges have been filed for either person by Jenelle, though.

The local source stated that additional security features have since been added to The Land to keep intruders off, and cops are prepared to immediately capture anyone who tries to get on the property.

Jenelle— who was recently fired from her gig on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter— is due to come face-to-face with David next month, when they have a hearing regarding their pending divorce case.

The Ashley will have more information soon. Stay tuned…

  1. We heard the Ring camera discussion between Jenelle and the deputy and Jenelle was NOT screaming. FFS, whoever is feeding you these stories needs to get their shit together. I despise both Jenelle and David but let’s not turn into exaggerating liars while writing about exaggerating liars.

Jenelle’s restraining order runs out in less than a month. Since she’s under CPS investigation in Las Vegas and has no more MTV money to fall back on, how’s she going to get a lawyer to represent her in court to extend the RO? And since she’s living several states away from David, I highly doubt that the judge is going to find reason to extend it. Let the shitshow begin!

    1. It’s hard for me to imagine any situation where Jenelle doesn’t responded by yelling. Also, you don’t need a lawyer for RO cases.

    2. @Radicalred— TMZ only played a small portion of the very beginning of the conversation. I assure you she was indeed yelling, it just isn’t on the part of the video that Jenelle sold to TMZ. -The Ashley

    3. I’m sure she has plenty of money for a lawyer considering she made a ton of money for her appearances on the show! And if she doesn’t, there’s always the money her kids got paid.

  2. The Deputy is not the brightest crayon in the box…

He didn’t find it suspicious they had to cut the lock of the gate? Also he didn’t take the time to check with his Sergeant before accompanying David?

If Jenelle hadn’t caught them on the Ring camera, he could have literally taken anything he wanted off the property.

  3. Damn, is this Jenelle’s karma?? I just keep on laughing at her terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad week🤣🤣
