‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Star Whitney Leavitt & Husband Welcome Baby No. 3

Whitney, already thinking of ways to incorporate baby No. 3 into future TikTok videos. (Probably.)

Whitney Leavitt of Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is officially a mom of three.

A rep for the “MomTok” content creator confirmed to People that Whitney and her husband Conner Leavitt welcomed their third child, son Billy Gene Leavitt, on Wednesday, October 24.

Baby Billy joins the couple’s other children, two-year-old son Liam and four-year-old daughter Sedona, and according to Whitney, this will be the couple’s last child.

“We are most excited about having our family complete,” she told the magazine. “We’ve always wanted three kids and we’re so happy everyone’s here now.”

While Whitney and Conner didn’t find out Baby Billy’s gender until delivery, Whitney predicted she was having a boy all along, due to the similarities she experienced during her third pregnancy.

“I was very confident that I was having a boy because Billy’s pregnancy was so similar to my son, Liam’s, pregnancy,” she explained. “Finding out the gender in the delivery room was a feeling of greater anticipation that I couldn’t wait for. Finding out we were having another boy was an overwhelming sense of emotion.”

Despite not finding out their baby’s gender in advance, Whitney said she and Conner picked the name “Billy” before meeting their son– something they hadn’t done before.

“We’ve always waited to name our children after meeting them, but with Billy, we fell in love with the name immediately– even before meeting him,” she said. “We loved the gender neutrality in the name since we weren’t finding out the baby’s gender until delivery, which we’ve never done before.

“The name allowed us to feel connected to the baby without knowing the gender,” she added.

Whitney also said that, while Liam and Sedona believed they would be getting a little sister last week, they “warmed up to” baby Billy quickly.

“ … Now all they want to do is hold their new baby brother,” she said.

As fans of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ may remember, Whitney departed the show’s “MomTok” group at the conclusion of Season 1; however, she has since confirmed that she’ll be returning to the series for Season 2.

One of the most-controversial stars of the show, Whitney came under heavy scrutiny in December 2021 (before ‘Secret Lives’) when she posted a TikTok video of herself dancing over her infant son Liam, who, at the time was in the hospital after contracting RSV.

She later tearfully apologized for making the insensitive video, which she took down.

“I can see where someone would get the wrong idea, but that honestly was just me trying to be positive in this situation,” Whitney said in a response video posted to TikTok afterward.

In the comment section of Whitney’s post, several people even brought up her past RSV video controversy.

“Hopefully he doesn’t catch RSV,” someone wrote.

“Are we gonna get a RSV dance with this one?” another person commented.

Season 2 of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ is set to premiere this spring on Hulu.

  1. Seems like there’s a lot of skeletons in the closet of this marriage. Something seems way off about the husband

  2. Billy Gene for a boy and Billie Jean for a girl. There are not enough eye roll emojis in the world. Meh, their baby, their prerogative.
