Someone in Flagstaff, Arizona, has dropped nearly $1.8 million to become the proud owner of Kody and Robyn Brown’s Mountain Mansion.
According to Realtor.com, the Flagstaff home seen in recent seasons of Sister Wives sold Monday for $1,775,000– $100,000 more than the highest listing price of the 4,476-square-foot home.
As The Ashley previously told you, Kody and Robyn first listed the home in August, five years after the Brown family purchased the residence for $890,000. (Though the home was bought under Kody and Robyn’s names, Kody’s ex-wives Meri, Janelle and Christine Brown reportedly contributed financially to the purchase.)
While Kody and Robyn initially listed the home for $1.65 million, the listing was removed in October after being reduced to $949,000. As of last week, the listing for the Mountain Mansion was no longer active; however, it wasn’t confirmed at the time if it was due to the home being under contract.
It was revealed last week that Kody and Robyn had majorly upgraded from their Mountain Mansion by purchasing a 7,884-square-foot home in Flagstaff for $2.1 million. According to Starcasm, the game-night-loving duo borrowed $1.68 million to purchase their new digs.
Kody and his only remaining wife’s new abode is located approximately 16 miles from the Mountain Mansion and sits on 2.56 acres. Mountain Mansion 2.0 features nearly 8,000 square feet of living space, divided between the main house, guest house and detached garage.
The main home on the 2.56-acre property features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a fifth room that can be used as an office or bedroom, or storage for Robyn’s Dickens’ Christmas Village collection three fireplaces and a kitchen with two islands, two ovens and two dishwashers. Also featured on the property is a two-story guest house that one of the couple’s adult children will undoubtedly call dibs on; an RV garage with space for at least four vehicles and a pull-thru RV section; and backyard featuring a custom waterfall, zip line, treehouse and more.
While Kody and Robyn managed to successfully unload their overly decorated Mountain Mansion, Kody’s next challenge will take place in the courtroom, albeit virtually, when he faces ex-wife Christine, with whom he is currently battling over custody, paternity and child support of their youngest child, Truely.
The Ashley exclusively revealed last week that Kody and Christine have a case management conference set for December 18 in Utah, where Christine–using her married named “Christine Woolley”– filed a “Petition for Declaration of Paternity, Child Support, Parent Time, and Support” against Kody on September 16.

Who would even want to buy that ugly house? It’s awful.
Her kids will never leave home. The place is a compound for them..entertainment included.
I wonder how they expect to pay for this. What about Coyote Pass?
Janelle was the best wife with handling money. All the fiscally responsible bread winners have left the marriage. What did we expect from the 2 laziest people with the worst credit on the show? I expected them to overspend because they both have always been about excess. The difference is now they dont have 3 other wives TV paychecks to help them fund their excessive spendning.
It just seems outrageous to me that Kody was demanding 2 of his and Jenelles adult children move out yet he’s buying a giant mansion to house Robyn’s adult children who are about the same age.
I think this court filing by Christine was in part (or full) planned to up ratings and get another season. They’re not interesting on their own and without conflict… so this would provide both.
Wonder if the other wives will receive a portion of the equity from the sale as they helped pay for the house.
Yah! Now you can buy Meri and Janelle out.
Are we sure they didn’t “sell” it to their “corporation?”
