Chrishell Stause has returned to film the upcoming season of Netflix’s Selling Sunset, despite claiming in August that she was done with the show because she no longer wanted to film alongside cast member Nicole Young.
Sources connected to the Netflix reality series told TMZ that both Chrishell and Nicole are currently filming Season 9; however, the two women have yet to film a scene together for the upcoming season.
Based on comments Chrishell made last month about the possibility of her returning to ‘Selling Sunset,’ it appears that the show made her an offer she couldn’t refuse.
“At the end of the day, I mean, obviously I have very strong feelings about [Nicole] and that I stand 10 toes down and I don’t take any of that back, I believe every bit of it,” Chrishell said last month on TikTok. “However, I’m also a business woman … I always will be able to change my mind if you add a zero [to my paycheck].
“So listen, I hate her but if you’re gonna pay me a ton of money to go say it to her face, write the check, I guess,” she continued. “Is that bad? I’m a business woman, first and foremost.”

As fans of ‘Selling Sunset’ may remember, Chrishell and Nicole began feuding after Nicole joined the cast in Season 6. That season, the two realtors got into an argument over a past listing and Chrishell went on to accuse Nicole of being on drugs.
Chrishell and Nicole’s feud continued ahead of the Season 8 premiere after Chrishell called out Nicole for being a “snake” and telling a “disgusting lie” about her best friend. The “best friend” Chrishell was talking about was cast member Emma Hernan and it was later revealed that Nicole had allegedly accused Emma of having an affair with a married man.
Both Chrishell and Chelsea Lazkani took to social media to call out Nicole for spreading the rumor about Emma, which they found out about after the ‘Selling Sunset’ cast received screeners for upcoming episodes ahead of the Season 8 premiere.
Chrishell, who was arguably the most vocal cast member to speak out about the alleged lie, claimed at the time that she “would rather be sued” than ever work with Nicole again.
According to TMZ, Nicole had already signed on to appear on the upcoming season of ‘Selling Sunset’ when Chrishell claimed that she would leave the show if Nicole continued filming.
Season 9 of ‘Selling Sunset’ is set to premiere in 2025.
