Kail Lowry didn’t hold back when sharing her ill-feelings towards Vee Torres earlier this week, but according to the former Teen Mom 2 star, she was betrayed by Vee long before the two announced the end of their Baby Mamas No Drama podcast. 

As The Ashley previously told you, after weeks of recording their podcast separately, Kail and Vee announced last month that Baby Mamas No Drama was ending after four years. While Kail and Vee– the wife of Kail’s first baby daddy, Jo Rivera– provided listeners with vague explanations as to why the podcast was coming to an end, Kail has gone on to divulge more information about her former co-host within the last week, seemingly explaining why she felt it was time to pull the plug on Baby Mamas No Drama.  

During a recent episode of her Barely Famous podcast, Kail opened up about her former co-host to Lindsie Chrisley– the co-host of Kail’s Coffee Convos podcast– during which she accused Vee of “capitalizing” off of her, presenting the idea for Baby Mamas No Drama to her “under false pretenses” and more. At one point during the episode, Lindsie mentioned an incident that had “transpired” with Vee and Kail’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, in the past, prompting Kail to “clarify” to her listeners what exactly Lindsie was referring to.  

“ … For anyone who doesn’t know about that, what happened was Javi and I were getting divorced, but prior to us getting divorced, we were actively trying for a baby after Lincoln,” she explained, noting that she believed this occurred in 2015– two years after Lincoln was born.

Kail went on to tell listeners that she did end up getting pregnant, but miscarried on Veterans Day that year and, despite what “rumors” people may have heard, she knew Javi was the father of that baby, as they had been “actively trying” to conceive. However, Kail went on to tell listeners that Vee later went behind her back and spread false information to Javi, which Kail didn’t find out about until years later. 

Kail explained that Vee met up with Javi at a Target parking lot and told him that Kail was pregnant with Lux– the first of Kail’s two children with Chris Lopez. While Kail said Javi already knew that she was pregnant, Vee allegedly went on to tell Javi that the baby Kail previously miscarried may not have been his and that Kail had actually gotten an abortion. 

“Wait … I thought it was just a leaked pregnancy?” Lindsie asked Kail, who responded, “No ma’am.” 

Fans of ‘Teen Mom 2’ may remember Kail revealing on an episode of the show in 2022 that, during a “huge fight” with Javi, he alluded to Vee being “deceitful” in the past. Javi’s comment prompted Kail to text both Javi and Vee in a group message to find out what Javi was referring to. Kail claimed at the time that Vee ended up coming into her podcast office and confessing that she had leaked the news of Kail’s pregnancy (with Lux) to Javi. 

Kail went on to explain on the episode that Javi told her that Vee had contacted him on social media four years earlier and told him she was tired of seeing him “looking stupid” and wanted to meet up to fill him in on some information. She then revealed that Vee hadn’t just leaked the news of her pregnancy to Javi, but that Vee had also told Javi that the baby Kail previously miscarried may not have been his. While Kail said she wasn’t sure if she would be able to continue hosting a podcast with Vee after finding out what she had done, the two were able to make amends and continue recording Baby Mamas No Drama– until recently, that is. 

On this week’s Barely Famous episode, Kail told listeners that Jo didn’t know at the time that Vee had met up with Javi to make these claims, nor did Javi initially reveal to Kail that Vee had been the one to tell him the information. 

“But the horrible thing about that was that I blamed [my friend] Bone [Estrada], because [Javi] blamed someone else,” she continued. “He insinuated that it was someone very close to me and that it was someone that I am best friends with and so I was under the impression that it was Bone.” 

While Kail said she confronted Bone about the incident and Bone denied everything, she was still convinced that Bone was behind it because Javi continued to “drop hints” that it was her.

According to Kail, there was nothing going on between her and Vee at the time that would have made Vee tell these alleged lies to Javi; however, she revealed that after confronting Vee about the incident years ago, Vee seemingly admitted that she went behind Kail’s back out of anger. 

“ … She had said she was upset because she thought that I leaked her pregnancy with [daughter] ViVi five or six years earlier,” Kail said, insisting that she wasn’t the one who leaked the news of Vee’s pregnancy. 

Even though Kail decided to keep the podcast going with Vee after learning what happened, she said she still feels that Vee should’ve come to her and admitted everything before the two of them “started a business” together. 

“The f**ked up part now, looking back, is that when we did business together, she should have came to me and said, ‘By the way, this happened … ,’” Kail said. “ … We started a business and we signed contracts for a business and you never mentioned it and you never thought that this was going to come bite you in the a**? That’s crazy.”

Kail added that she doesn’t think Javi “had a lot of fault” in the situation, other than making her believe that Bone was the one who had gone behind her back. She also acknowledged that Javi was “hurt” at the time and that they were both young and in the process of divorcing.

“ … I actually give Javi grace in that because if that was me, I would absolutely want to know what you had to say,” Kail admitted. “So I’m not mad at Javi, I’m just mad at him for insinuating that it was Bone.” 

Vee has yet to respond to the (multiple) comments Kail made about her on Barely Famous.
