Ryan Edwards is set to welcome his first child with fiancee Amanda Conner in February; however, the Teen Mom dad is still currently married to Mackenzie Standifer and is now blaming his estranged wife for prolonging their divorce proceedings.
According to The Sun, Ryan filed a Motion to Continue on November 21, accusing Mack, with whom he shares son Jagger and daughter Stella, of not filing the proper information in order to move forward with their divorce.
“[Ryan] propounded to [Mackenzie] certain interrogatories and requests for production on May 15, 2024,” the documents obtained by the outlet states. “The court ordered [Ryan] to respond by June 20, 2024. [Ryan] filed a Motion to Compel which is currently pending to be heard on November 25, 2024.
“Due to [Mackenzie’s] failure to provide discovery answers, [Ryan] is unable to complete the requested documents in this case,” the filing continues.
While the filing also reportedly notes that the court ordered Ryan and Mack to return to mediation in the case, Ryan requested that Mack file her discovery responses no later than December 2 and requested that the judge schedule mediation instead of a trial.
In response to her soon-to-be ex-husband’s claims, Mack told The Sun that Ryan has requested that the hearing for their divorce be pushed back on four separate occasions, suggesting that her ex is the one to blame for the divorce delay.
“He has a child on the way and is reportedly engaged to Amanda,” Mack told the outlet. “I wish he would be more willing to close this chapter between us and focus on what lies ahead for himself.”
According to Ryan and Mack’s divorce case, a hearing to adopt a temporary parenting plan for the exes’ children was postponed by the soon-to-be father of four at least four times, including back in July 2022, when Ryan’s attorney withdrew from the case. (A new attorney went on to file to represent the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star.)
Mack filed to end her and Ryan’s marriage in February 2023, before going on to file an Order of Protection against Ryan the following month. While the Order of Protection was granted, it was eventually dropped during a July 2023 court hearing to allow Ryan to speak with Jagger and Stella through Mack. (This is also around the time that Ryan began dating Amanda, whom he met in rehab.)
Ryan and Mack’s divorce was dismissed in February because there were no filings within 270 days, though weeks later, Ryan filed a new complaint for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences.” Ryan also requested to split custody of his and Mack’s children and requested “that child support be assigned from [Mackenzie’s] income”; however, Mack never responded to the filing.
In October, Mack sued Ryan for allegedly “refusing” to pay child support for Jagger and Stella, whom she claims are in their father’s care “zero days” out of the year. In the court documents, Mack noted that Ryan is “gainfully employed,” earning more than six times what she does in one month.
“Because mother has physical custody of the parties’ two children and father is gainfully employed, the court should order child support to be paid by Father to Mother during the pendency of this case, and at the final hearing said child support obligation be made permanent,” the documents stated.
Mack listed her monthly income as $3,000, meanwhile her “good faith estimate of income” for Ryan, who appeared on the latest season of ‘Teen Mom: The Next Chapter,’ was listed as $18,440 a month. As The Ashley previously reported, Ryan earns a $35,000 paycheck for each episode of ‘Teen Mom: The Next Chapter’ that he appears in. The 36 year-old also began working a “regular” job in August, making approximately $27 an hour as a diesel mechanic.
In addition to requesting that the court set current child support, Mack is requesting retroactive child support to the date of her and Ryan’s separation. A court hearing for Mack’s child support requests is scheduled to take place this month.

Yeah, he wants Amanda (who has a terrible background and history) to be around his 2 kids he STILL doesn’t pay a cent toward for their well being and livelihood. But he can spend thousands on new houses with the new one (and we all know this will end as well) and buy new boy toys but expects others to support his two. All he wants is for Amanda to have immediate access. What a loser.
After reading the details of what Ryan did to Mack, knowing that Amanda, Maci, and Ryan are all teamed up against her, makes me down right sick to my stomach. It really shows their true colors. And a “changed man” would be SORRY AS SHIT for that behavior. They’re all disgusting people.
I just can’t believe that there are so many stupid women willing to procreate with this absolute deadbeat scum … Some of them knowing his past before laying down with him and choosing to overlook it anyway.

Regardless of whether you like her or not. What he did to her was absolutely unacceptable. He’s fighting her on something or they could’ve settled by now. I think Ryan is a piece of crap for what he did to her tbh and Maci as well in this, doesn’t matter what she did to be so disliked.. Ryan is a terrible person
