Farrah Abraham Gets Majorly Botched Again in Cosmetic Procedure Gone Wrong & Rants About It on Yelp
Farrah’s latest attempt to change her (ever-changing) face has backfired– and the fired ‘Teen Mom OG’ star was back on Yelp to leave one of her signature one-star reviews that are, as per usual, full of run-on “Farrah Speak” and accusations of abuse.

As longtime Roundup readers know, The Ashley gets quite the hoot out of reading Farrah’s Yelp reviews. Over the years, the Backdoor Teen Mom has trashed everything from horse trainers to housing complexes, and a few weeks back, Farrah awarded her latest one-star review to a Texas med spa whose owner Farrah claims “abused” her face while using her as a “research project.”
According to photos and photo captions uploaded to Yelp by Farrah, she was attempting to get dissolver injected into her face (assumingly to get rid of previously injected filler, etc.)
“Owner refused to properly equal both sides of face- I hope this stops happening to people at this establishment,” Farrah wrote.

“After months of my face being abused, time wasted and my nerves effected in my face and Devon not knowing how to be professional and telling me she refuses to equal out my face from simply not doing the same treatment on both sides of my face unequal purposely dragging this out.

Farrah uploaded a series of photos showing her face looking puffy and wonky, labeling one, “dissolver done wrong.”
In another photo, Farrah attempts to move her over-filled face into some sort of smile but fails miserably.
“Devon hit my nerves and this was only for dissolver- horrible,” she wrote.
Farrah then posts another photo in which she claims that, two months later, the injector is “still doing both sides of face differently, nonconsentually, gaslighting and acts like a research pro.”
The injector that Farrah accused of abusing her face responded to Farrah’s review on Yelp, writing that she basically fired Farrah as a client after Farrah allegedly refused to do what the medical professional advised and/or asked for things that weren’t safe.
“In this instance, we made the professional decision to discontinue our provider-patient relationship due to the repeated insistence on treatments that did not align with our medical advice,” the med spa owner wrote. “We adhere to medically sound judgment when assessing the suitability of treatments, and our commitment to safe and balanced care sometimes necessitates recommending against specific procedures, and turning patients away, if we believe that the request (or demand) of the patient for aesthetic treatment could compromise their well-being.”

Amber Portwood Gives More Details About Her Ex-Fiancé Gary “Gary 2.0” Wyat Leaving Her
Amber recently resurfaced on TikTok Live after a two-year hiatus, and on Friday, she was giving her TikTok followers some straight-from-the-couch tea on her (short-lived) engagement and very public breakup with Gary Wyat (aka Gary 2.0).
During a TikTok “battle” with a streamer, Ambie regaled the TikToker with the tale of her breakup with Gary this summer.
In case you actually have a life and missed the saga of “Gary Gone Missing” back in June, allow The Ashley to remind you: Gary and Amber got engaged and, two weeks later, left Indiana to attend the wedding of Amber’s brother Shawn Portwood in North Carolina. Days later, Amber tearfully begged fans for prayers for her fiancé, who stormed out of their vacation rental without his phone and took off without contacting her or his family. The search for Gary lasted several days– with Gary even being officially listed as a missing person in North Carolina— before Gary was spotted in Oklahoma and New Mexico.
He later called police to let them know he was “missing” by choice and wasn’t in danger.
Amber— who was left stranded in North Carolina after Gary fled the state— eventually hitched a ride home to Indiana with her ‘Teen Mom’ co-star Maci Bookout. Amber and Gary 2.0’s engagement officially ended in late June, after the former lovers finally communicated. Gary eventually spoke to a ‘Teen Mom’ Instagram account about his time with Amber, even stating that MTV staged his proposal to Amber.
During her TikTok Live on Friday, Amber disputed some of Gary’s claims, including that she withheld some of Gary’s personal items so he wouldn’t leave the vacation rental.
“The man said it took his toothbrush,” Amber said. “My ex said I wouldn’t let him have his toothbrush. Obviously not true…Then he said I wouldn’t let him take his phone and his toothbrush. I was laughing so hard I couldn’t even respond to the media outlet. I said, ‘Look I’m not going to respond about toothbrushes.'”
Amber then disputed claims that she got physical with Gary 2.0 before he left.
“That man is 6’ 3, 200 pounds, and when he walked out the door y’all I was laying on the couch in my underwear,” Amber said. “I swear to God.”
Amber chalked up Gary 2.0’s statements to his “goofy” sense of humor…or something.
“I think he’s being sarcastic, I really do… he’s one of those guys who is sarcastic and goofy so I could really seem him trying to pull some stuff just because…” she said, later adding, “When he left I was in my underwear laying on the couch in the living room.”
Amber told the streamer how terrified she was because she believed that Gary 2.0 had been hurt or killed after leaving their cabin.
“He left me in the mountains in North Carolina, I thought he went off a damn mountain!” Amber said. “Seriously, I was crying and going on random Youtubes …it was insane. I couldn’t write this stuff you guys…” (You can relive Ambie’s YouTube cryin’ sesh by clicking here!)
Amber continued to dispute some of the things Gary 2.0 said in the press following the end of their engagement, including that MTV staged his proposal, which took place while ‘Teen Mom: The Next Chapter’ cameras were rolling.
“I know he’s trying to save face because one of the other things he said was that MTV put him up to asking him to marry him,” Amber said. “No, no, that man dropped on his knee in front of my friends, Maci and Catelynn…and asked me to marry him. We didn’t know, he just did it. Two weeks later, I’m in North Carolina, [left with] no taxi service, and thought he went off the mountain.
“He asked me to marry him two weeks before [that], I had a ring on my finger…” Amber said, adding that Gary 2.0 was telling the truth when he said their relationship-ending fight was only verbal and not physical.
“He even said in the media it was an emotional argument, nobody believed me because of my past, but sincerely, it was that his family didn’t like me,” she said.
When talking about that night, Gary 2.0 stated in his one (and only) interview that, “We had a conversation days before about my family not being happy with her criminal record. Because of us drinking, Amber brought up the situation and started a toxic fight with me. I tried … I told her, ‘We are intoxicated. Let’s talk tomorrow.’ But she wanted to talk now. When the toxic fight went from bad to worse, I knew I was going to leave.
“That’s when [Amber] found my cell phone, jDubb earbuds, wallet and … I think even my toothbrush and deodorant and would not give them to me,” Gary said.
Amber then addressed how quickly Gary 2.0 moved on after relationship ended. (As The Ashley previously reported, Gary 2.0 was already engaged to another woman by August, less than two months after he and Amber ended things.)
“Less than two months later he popped into the media and he was engaged, so obviously he was doing something dirty when he was with me,” Amber said. “I just said congratulations to him when he got engaged.”
Finally, she stated that she was happy that she didn’t marry Gary 2.0.
“It’s OK, because I think I dodged a bullet,” Amber said. “Especially if you’re engaged less than two months and you disappear. Yeah, I’m good.”
Amanda Conner Disputes Mackenzie Standifer’s Claims That She’s Still on Drugs; Posts Receipts
Amanda Conner, the pregnant fiancée of ‘Teen Mom’ dad Ryan Edwards, took to TikTok (per usual) this week to “clear up the air” on why she isn’t allowed to be around the two children Ryan shares with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Mackenzie Standifer.
As fans know, Ryan and Mack are in the midst of a messy (and drawn out) divorce. In recent months, the current and future Mrs. Ryan Edwards have sparred with one another on social media, with Mackenzie even forbidding Amanda from being around her and Ryan’s two young children, Stella and Jagger.
Amanda– who is allowed to be around Bentley, the teenage son Ryan shares with Maci Bookout– is, like Ryan, a recovering addict with a long history of arrests and run-ins with the law. However, she insists that, despite Mackenzie’s alleged concerns for Stella and Jagger’s safety, both she and Ryan are clean and sober.
“I’ve seen so many pages talk about why I specifically am not allowed to be around [Ryan’s youngest two] children,” Amanda said. “Take it, the other party does state that we are on [drugs] and that is not true at all.”
According to Amanda, Ryan is drug-tested at his probation meetings and regularly attends narcotics anonymous (NA) meetings and other “classes” and virtual meetings related to his sobriety.
“As for me, well, let me just show you,” Amanda continues, before going on to display a certificate for a “four-hour parenting class” she completed November 7, as well as the results of a hair follicle drug test administered that same day, in which she tested negative for cocaine, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP), amphetamines and marijuana.
“Everyone knows how long a hair follicle [drug test] goes back,” Amanda added.
(According to Labcorp, the company that administered Amanda’s test, hair follicle drug testing “offers up to a 90-day window for detection of drug use.”)
Amanda then scrolled through multiple pages of documents, allegedly detailing “the charges that were expunged” from her criminal record. As to how she managed to get so many of these charges dropped, Amanda said she “literally just went to the courthouse and asked for them to be expunged.”
“From the day of the charge, if you do not get in trouble for a year or plus following, they will allow you to expunge those [charges],” she claimed. “Now, there are some that I have to wait longer to be able to expunge, but that’s how I did it.”
Amanda also touted her recent employment “at a facility helping others that were in the same situation as me.”
When asked in the comment section of her TikTok what Mackenzie has to say when she sees proof that both Amanda and Ryan are clean, Amanda replied with cricket emojis, implying that Mackenzie has said nothing. Meanwhile, another person in the comments applauded Amanda for being able to back her claims.
“I love that you are so open and always showing them receipts,” the comment stated, to which Amanda replied, “Always!”
Just weeks ago, Amanda weighed in on Mackenzie banning her from being around Stella and Jagger, admitting that she doesn’t think Mackenzie is truly worried for her kids’ safety as she claims.
“If it is [that she fears for their safety around me], then time and consistency will show that, hopefully,” Amanda said on TikTok Live, before telling fans to give Mack “the benefit of the doubt.”

These celebs that keep messing with their face and then get their feelings hurt when the internet gives them some truth on how terrible they look, crack me up. The places that keep doing it to their faces are just as responsible because at this point it is just medical malpractice for the almighty dollar. A company or Doctor that truly cares about how their work is reflected onto their patients would not keep giving the internet ammunition and entertainment with how these celebs look/end up looking. Kylie Jenner looks like a mid 50’s grammy who had work done. Farrah looks like the roads the DOT keep repaving instead of repairing and don’t get me started on Madonna. These people chase youth and end up looking like they went to a back alley bbl or filler Dr that lost their license or couldn’t pass the final exam to get their license.
Oh Farrah, there is twenty years of video evidence to the contrary. You did plenty to look like a horse that got stung in the face by a murder hornet. So glad she is not a practicing legal entity just cringe.
Also, I bet you Farrah has so much excessive filler in her face from years of abusing it with injections that they’re having trouble dissolving it all. I have nothing against people wanting to do what they want with their body, but when you go overboard like that you should expect you’re gonna look “off” to most people

It’s sad that Amanda cares more about being around Ryan’s kids than he does.
I do not wish bad things on Amanda or her baby, but she will look like such a fool if Ryan does her the same way he did Mack. He hasn’t been sober that long to be bragging so hard about how “she fixed him” Women always go so hard for a man like Ryan but boy oh boy do they look stupid when he he’s done playing house with them. Sober is one thing, but let’s see how they’re doing when a newborn baby pops their little
“honeymoon phase” bubble.
Unpopular opinion- I’m rooting for Amanda and Ryan to do well. I think their story could inspire other addicts to get clean. I was rewatching old episodes last night and the reunion one came on where Mackenzie wrote a mean, bs letter to Macy. I also saw her stir up drama between Ryan’s parents and Macy a few episodes before. I am not saying she deserves everything she got from Ryan, but I can’t stand her. I liked when Amber cussed her as she walked off stage in that reunion. That being said, I can 100% get why l, as a mother, Mackenzie wouldn’t make it quick and easy to send someone with her background into her children’s lives. They’ve gone through a lot these past few years. It will happen for them all eventually if Amanda and Ryan stay on the right path in their sobriety. Just like Amanda eventually regained custody of her own child. I really hope they keep it up and do well.
As for Amber, I would just be grateful he left when he did. He wasn’t as bad as Matt, who robbed, lied, and cheated. I think she has serious issues with her romantic relationships and becoming too heated with her partners. If she just stayed single and worked on herself, maybe one day she would be ready for one, but I doubt it. She seems like she would be a decent friend. She just sucks at romantic relationships.
Farrah- Oh my. What is wrong with this “person”. She doesn’t act like a person, speak like a person, or even look like a person now. I wish someone would commit her before she kills herself trying to be beautiful. She was so beautiful before. She clearly has an addiction to cosmetic surgery and I suspect something else. I wish someone could find out what.
I think everyone hopes that Amanda maintains sobriety. But, that level of immaturity you watched from Mack 7-10 years ago onscreen is the same as what we are seeing from Amanda now. Except, Amanda isn’t 20. She’s picking fights with Mack online and trying to get under her skin all because she wants to go hard for Ryan, of all people. She hasn’t shown that she’s any better than Mack was almost ten years ago.
Some people will always side with Amanda over Mack, despite right versus wrong, simply because they resonate more with a recovering addict who screwed it all up. No mature, thriving adult would look at this story and call Mack the villain.

Having to complete parenting classes and having to prove you are not doing drugs while pregnant is not the flex you think it is, Amanda. Normal people don’t have to do that.
If I were Mackenzie I wouldn’t want my kids around junkie criminals either.
You wouldn’t want your kids around “junkie criminals” and as a mom and wife today with 13 years in recovery, I actually agree with you… to a point. No one believes me when I tell people about my struggles with addiction because I’m so far removed from that today. This is absolutely possible for anyone struggling IF they want it!! If someone found out about my past from over a decade ago and forbade their children to be around myself no matter the circumstance or my children after truly getting to know me, I’d be mortified.
That being said- Addicts who think that having a year maybe 2 clean means that everyone needs to forget their past actions BLOWS MY MIND and tells me that they are not really working a program or putting in work… essentially a “dry drunk”. It took one small event to ruin my relationships, and up to 5+ years of proving myself to regain trust. I had to understand and accept this. It was accepting this that prevented me from ever relapsing again. It’s easy to say “well, no one cares I’m sober and I’m being accused of using still so I may as well use!!”
I sincerely hope and pray for both Amanda and Ryan in their recovery. ❤️🩹 I do think Maci was faaaar too quick to trust both of them. But just my opinion!! I don’t blame Mack one bit for this.
1. Farrah ruined her own face and there’s no fixing that. If I owned any type of business, Farrah would never be allowed to set foot in it.
2. Amber’s other abuse victims were bigger than Gary 2.0 and that never stopped her before.
3. Amanda is constantly coming at Mackenzie out of nowhere lately (dressing like her, that video the other week about her, now this) and then wonders why Mack doesn’t feel comfortable with her around the kids. Drugs or no drugs, Amanda is unhinged. If she truly wanted a good relationship with her, she’d stop running her mouth online and push Ryan to make things right (apolozing, paying for the house damage, paying child support, etc). This girl has not left that Jerry Springer attitude behind her.
@The Ashley this is off topic, but they just announced that the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola is going to be shut down and demolished, so I’m looking forward to you letting us know about all the “we told y’all it was awful conditions” podcasts from Savannah Chrisley and seeing if Todd gets moved to a prison he deems more up to his standards. Lol.

Two factors to consider, the first one is that just because you’re sober it does not mean that you’re a good person. And the second one, how about you have your new baby and prove that you are not a total waste of space, and maybe then you will be fit to take care of someone else’s children. The kids aren’t a science project for the two of them to figure out how serious they are about their sobriety. And the fact that she keeps mentioning that she works in a facility to help people while simultaneously not following what is highly suggested for recovering addicts in their first couple years of sobriety is not the flex she thinks it is.

But, how the hell does she not understand that… they haven’t actually been sober that long. That they both have many instances of “sober” and classes, and periods without criminal behavior… only to revert.
Congrats on it, for sure. Absolutely. Recovery is a hell of a process, and it often derails, keeping on is a lifelong struggle. But, in the grand scheme of it all, it’s not long at all.
The whole “I’m hoping for a better relationship” statement is only a few weeks old, and comes off the back of serious troubling nonsense.

That she, in the worst ways, jumps on the hate bandwagon and acts within it… like she is harassing her boyfriend’s ex, getting in on it, letting her be some sort of bonding experience.

It’s a freaking toxic waste dump.
I’m not her biggest fan… but… logically, I can see why a parent would be deeply uncomfortable with more of this around their kids.
Being sober, pregnant, and “wanting a good relationship”… sure. But, not for a long loooooong while after all of the nonsense fully stops.
Who the hell wouldn’t be uncomfortable? (I mean, a healthy normal well adjusted parent. Folks like Janelle who don’t seem to care that strangers and felons are around her kids, that’s a whole other thing.)

Gary and Matt are also big and she went after both of them. Gary 2.0 is small compared to those men! There is no way she didn’t physically attack him.
