Stacey Silva Says Relationship with Twin Sister Darcey Has Changed Due to Comments Made in Therapy on “90 Day: The Last Resort”

If there’s one thing these two are going to do, it’s change.

The Silva sisters are navigating a new dynamic following the filming of the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, 90 Day: The Last Resort, currently airing on TLC.

Stacey Silva and husband Florian Sukaj are among the six couples featured on Season 2 of “90 Day: The Last Resort,” however, Stacey’s twin sister and fellow TLC star Darcey Silva is also slated to make an appearance this season, during which viewers will see the sisters take part in therapy.

I mean, we’ve seen them do just about everything else at this point, so why the hell not?

(It doesn’t appear that Darcey’s husband, Georgi Rusev, will be joining his wife at the resort.)

While promoting the new season, Stacey revealed to Us Weekly that the emotions brought up during the therapy sessions have “definitely” changed her and Darcey’s dynamic.

“We have our good days and our bad days,” Stacey told the outlet. “We’re sisters, we’re family. But I will say, a lot was brought up during that time.

“Wasn’t always easy, but it was real emotions and it was healing in a way,” she continued.

Stacey admitted it was “very hurtful” hearing Darcey tell Florian that he would be better off without her, claiming the remark left her “shocked and in disbelief.”

Florian, finally realizing that Darcey made that comment to him and not Stacey herself…

“I just couldn’t believe she would say something like that and she did and it’s hurtful and I feel like we definitely needed to get to the root of the issue,” Stacey said. “You’ll see some of the steps that we had to take to heal that relationship.”

She also noted that working through Darcey’s comment about her and Florian wasn’t the only “trying” moment the trio faced at the resort.

“There’s some moments that happened that are never seen before moments in our life,” she said. “I will say that I’m not proud of things that were said. But it was also real and raw and probably some of the most trying times in our life being at the retreat altogether, the three of us.

Raise your hand if you’re all about keep it real…filtered.

“It was very trying,” she added.

When asked how therapy has changed her connection with Darcey, Stacey encouraged fans to stay tuned to find out.

“You’re going to have to kind of wait and see,” she said.

New episodes of “90 Day: The Last Resort” air Mondays on TLC.

  1. It’s sad that two naturally pretty women did this to themselves. They need real mental help because nobody makes themselves look like matching cartoon characters without some deep psychological issues.

  2. This isn’t a surprise, considering how toxic Darcey and Stacy’s relationship is. They genuinely don’t even like each other and are resentful.

  3. I will never understand why they have continued with plastic surgery for the extremely unnatural look. They look like cartoon characters. I thought they both were pretty in the beginning. Then Jesse really made Darcy feel horrible about her appearance and that’s when she started with all of the plastic surgeries, injections and veneers. I guess Stacy did it so they could remain twins?! It is actual kind of sad though. After all the surgeries and procedures they still don’t seem to feel good about themselves. Insecurity drove them to these drastic measures and they both are still insecure.

  4. Never watched 90 Day, but when I saw the picture on the home page I thought it was Kail transforming into Farrah since Kail is also a plastic surgery addict. Maybe a glimpse into Kail’s future?
