Trigger Warning: This article contains descriptions of domestic violence.
Ally Lewber wants everyone to know how she’s doing following her boyfriend James Kennedy’s arrest for domestic violence late Tuesday night.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support and for checking in on me,” the astrologer posted to her Instagram Stories on Saturday afternoon. “I’m okay and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”
Ally’s yet to confirm that she was involved in the domestic violence incident that led to the former Vanderpump Rules star’s arrest but she is believed to be the spouse/co-habitant described in the arrest log obtained by The Ashley.
“Female stated her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground,” the log reads.
A neighbor was reportedly the one who called 911 after witnessing the alleged domestic incident.
Despite these upsetting details, James’ lawyers downplayed the seriousness of the incident in a statement released to multiple outlets and on social media.
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,” attorneys Scott Leemon and Leonard Levine stated. “We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”
Criminal defense attorney Scott’s website describes him as “the ‘go-to guy’ in the rap industry for criminal defense,” with a client roster that includes 50 Cent. Levine was described by the Los Angeles Times as “one of the region’s best-known defense lawyers for sex crimes cases,” with a client list that includes actor Scott Baio.
James is currently out on $20,000 bail with no word yet on what’s next for his case. According to multiple reports, Ally is standing by James and the pair are still together as of press time. According to TMZ, James and Ally are calling it a “misunderstanding” and saying that the neighbor “overreacted” by calling 911.
As The Ashley previously reported, two of James’ exes— Kristen Doute and Rachel Leviss— made brief statements after news of James’ arrest broke earlier this week. However, Rachel has since reacted to the TMZ story in which the incident was called a “misunderstanding.” She posted a screenshot of the headline to her Instagram Stories, along with a message talking about the alleged abuse she endured at James’ hand.
“The amount of times I convinced myself that the abuse I endured by James Kennedy Georgiou was a ‘misunderstanding’ is sickening,” she wrote.

She will downplay this to the hult, she LOVES being on TV and loves that Bravo paycheck. What a moron.
What a shitty thing to say.
She is already backtracking. LET THAT SINK IN.
James just deejayed at a packed crowd in Milwaukee at the Rave Eagles Club this Saturday night and is doing another show in Seattle on the 20th, anyway guess who was with him smiling away! YEP, shocker said no one.
Anita, Vanderpump Rules has been recast. James is no longer on the show. Domestic violence isn’t the victims fault.
When you choose to stay with them all for the sake of “trying to be famous” I disagree.
You are wild.
Fair enough!
Holy r*pe apologetics Batman
