Ronnie Ortiz-Magro almost had one more baby mama, according to model and OnlyFans star Ava Louise.
Ava— who recently made headlines for her NSFW acts at SantaCon and a New York Giants game— frequently tells stories from her past on her TikTok account. On Monday, the model revealed that she accidentally got pregnant by Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in 2022.
In a video entitled “Ronnie From Jersey Shore Got Me Pregnant,” Ava– who is from New Jersey– discussed the casual relationship she had with the GTL enthusiast, stating that she often slept over at Ronnie’s home, despite describing their relationship as “nothing serious.”
“This is so embarrassing to tell the Internet, but I am committed to being vulnerable with you all,” Ava began her video, adding, “I don’t want to be putting Ronnie on blast for this but I do want to tell my life story and this was like the catalyst for me actually getting better, so it’s important I include it.”
Ava stated that she and Ronnie “dated” for about four months. One night she left Ronnie’s because she wasn’t feeling well and went to a friend’s house, where the people who were there at the time encouraged her to take a pregnancy test.
“I was a little bit nervous, though, that I could be pregnant because my period wasn’t coming,” she said, adding that she was on birth control, but, due to depression she was going through at the time, she wasn’t diligent about taking it properly.
She took a pregnancy test and it confirmed that she was pregnant.
“It was positive and I was really upset about this,” Ava said, while showing a photo of the positive test that was dated October 12, 2022.
Ava said she decided to have an abortion.
“I mentally could not be having Ronnie from ‘Jersey Shore’s baby,” she said. “I also did not want to do that to Ronnie. Ronnie was a really nice person but Ronnie wasn’t someone I could actually see myself being with. They say that your brain gets frozen at the age you get famous, and Ronnie still definitely was kind of like a 22-year-old, you know?
“I got an abortion and I’m not ashamed to say it,” she continued. “It was the best decision for me.”
Ava stated that having the abortion was a “wake up call” for her, making her want to stay away from Ronnie and other celebrities and have a “normal life.” Her romance with Ronnie fizzled after that, and Ava claimed that the ‘Jersey Shore’ star didn’t find out he had gotten her pregnant until about a year after her abortion when her friend told him about it.
(A look back at Ava’s TikTok posts reveal her posting on November 2, 2022 about having had an abortion, but she doesn’t mention Ronnie or provide other details.)
In a previous TikTok Video, Ava spoke about how nice Ronnie was, and how he had made significant improvements to his life by the time they dated in 2022. (As Jersey Shore Family Vacation fans know, Ron had a tumultuous relationship with his baby mama Jen Harley and struggled with a plethora of legal and substance abuse issues.)
“I actually hate putting Ronnie on blast because Ronnie was, like, so kind to me and so nice to me. I know the media paints Ronnie a certain way— like he’s the bad one from the ‘Jersey Shore’ cast but he is the furthest from it, coming from someone who’s met multiple of them.”
(In a TikTok video posted in November, Ava described her sexual escapades with Ronnie’s ‘Jersey Shore’ co-star Vinny Guadagnino and it is…a lot.)
Anyway, Ava sung Ronnie’s praises for turning his life around.
“When I was around him, [Ronnie] really was trying to be a better person,” she said, giving Ronnie props for going to therapy and focusing on being a dad during the time she dated him. “He always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness.”
When some of her TikTok followers commented that they didn’t believe Ava’s story about getting knocked up by Ronnie, she made it clear that she had plenty of receipts about her time with Ron.
“I have hundreds more of me in his house and stuff im just not gunna post to protect his privacy,” she wrote. “In the previous video I explained how we met with even more receipts.”
She also wrote in the comment section that she hopes other girls will learn from her mistakes.
“I hope it’s a cautionary tale to other young women about how dangerous and toxic wanting to be famous is.”
At the time of his “situationship” with Ava, Ronnie was not appearing on ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation.’ As of press time, he has not publicly responded to Ava’s claims.

Whether or not she’s actually telling the truth (she does tend to exaggerate, a lot, lol, and has a history of lying while saying “I got receipts!!” but never producing real ones) her life is anything but stable or “normal”. She still acts the same way she has for years and certainly hasn’t stopped doing so by any stretch of the imagination. I mean, her recent antics are proof positive that she too is stuck somewhere in her overall development at a much more immature stage of life. She is *still* a cautionary tale for others, of any gender, about what can happen when you’re attention starved while being unwilling to work on whatever other issues you have as well.
Also, the more drama she creates and talks about, the more money she makes. So it stands to reason she’ll say just about anything, lol. Maybe it’s true, maybe it’s not. I don’t doubt for a second she was pregnant at once point, but it doesn’t really matter if people believe her, tbh, she’ll get paid either way.
