Ally Lewber Seen Moving More Items out of House Shared with Boyfriend James Kennedy One Month After His Arrest for Domestic Violence

Trigger Warning: This article contains descriptions of domestic violence.

Ally Lewber and James Kennedy are taking more time apart.

Last month, Ally was seen moving items out the home she shared with the former Vanderpump Rules star following his arrest for domestic violence, as The Ashley reported. The astrologer moved more items out of hers and James’ home on Friday, according to TMZ.

“When one person takes stuff out of their partner’s place, it’s a clear sign they are dunzo … and that is exactly what just happened between Ally Lewber and James Kennedy,” TMZ reported. “The two were snapped — both looking very unhappy — at his L.A. home Friday as she was seen carrying bags out of his place.”

James started dating Ally in 2022, a few months after his engagement to Rachel Leviss ended. The two appeared on the two most recent seasons of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ together and moved into the home James purchased in Burbank, California, in spring 2023.

The two will not be appearing on the upcoming 12th season of ‘VPR’ as it was announced in November that the show was being recast.

James’ arrest log.

On December 10, James was arrested on a charge of domestic violence upon a spouse/cohabitant. According to the arrest log acquired by The Ashley, “Female stated her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground.”

Ally was not named at the victim, and has not confirmed that she was the female described in the log, but she did release a statement on Instagram shortly after James’ arrest.

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support and for checking in on me,” the astrologer posted to her Instagram Stories on Dec. 14. “I’m okay and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”

The day after posting that statement, Ally was seen moving some items out of hers and James’ home. The next day, James released a statement on his Instagram about the arrest.

“I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life,” the DJ wrote. “I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being present for my loved ones. Navigating challenging moments is not easy, but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me. -James”
