Josh Weinstein is coming to Gino Palazzolo’s defense (again) following the recent news that Gino’s estranged wife Jasmine Pineda is expecting a baby with Matt Branistareanu.
As The Ashley told you last week, Josh– who appeared on the latest season of 90 Day: The Last Resort with Natalie Mordovtsev along with Gino and Jasmine– spoke out after Jasmine announced her pregnancy, alleging on social media that Jasmine had been cheating on Gino with Matt for a while.
Josh doubled down on those comments this week during an appearance on The Sarah Fraser Show podcast, calling Jasmine a “master puppeteer” for trying to arrange an open marriage with Gino on ‘The Last Resort’ in order to cover up her alleged affair with Matt.
“I feel like Jasmine led all of us on at the resort,” Josh said. “She came up with this entire story because she was already cheating with Matt before the resort.”
Josh claimed that Jasmine had already formed a connection with Matt before filming began for Season 2 of ‘The Last Resort’ in March 2024 and that Jasmine “pushed for this open marriage” with Gino on the TLC series in order to hide what was actually going on between her and Matt.
“She took Gino for a ride,” Josh said.
In addition to the allegations regarding Jasmine and Matt’s relationship timeline, Josh revealed on the podcast that he and other cast members attempted to dissuade Gino from entertaining the idea of an open marriage, particularly with Matt, whom Jasmine claims to have formed a “friendship” with after the two met at a Michigan gym. While Josh claimed that Gino would listen to the advice from his cast members “for like, five minutes,” he said Jasmine was “brilliant” and able to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes “until the end.”
Josh also said he wanted Matt to pay for what he did to Gino’s marriage and even offered to dole out the punishment himself.
“I want to beat the s**t out of Matt for Gino,” Josh said. “That’s what I want to do.
“ … Matt came in and destroyed everything and I feel bad for Gino,” he continued. “Gino’s my friend. I want to beat the s**t out of Matt.”
Although Gino has remained tight-lipped on Jasmine and Matt’s baby news, he seemingly co-signed Josh’s statements this week by re-posting a clip from Josh’s interview from ‘The Sarah Fraser Show’ to his Instagram Story, though he shared the clip without any comment.
For those wondering why Josh has inserted himself into Gino and Jasmine’s relationship (once again), it’s possibly due to the fact that he doesn’t have a relationship of his own to focus on at this time. According to In Touch, Josh confirmed this week on the podcast that he and Natalie are just friends “at the moment,” though he admits he still cares for the Ukraine native.
“It’s definitely a lot to deal with but I guess we’ll see where it goes,” he added.

Josh needs to take a look in the mirror! Gas lighting Natalie to get TV time. About time she moved on from Gino’s controlling sexless, man-baby ways, blech.
Honestly judging from BOTH of their behavior, Gino is a mess and is emotionally and mentally abusive, and Jasmine is just a mess. I don’t think she’s abusive though… she may be a liar but Gino does weird things like withholding affection and food apparently and clearly was not interested in saving his marriage so I feel for her in a way. However, with that said I don’t understand why she’s bringing ANOTHER child into the world when she couldn’t even figure out how to get her kids here with her. I know if I could not have my kids with me, I wouldn’t leave them (especially in another country!) for a man. And for all of you claiming Josh is telling the truth, he may be but he’s no prize either and it also a friggin’ mess. Anyone messing with Natalie would also have to have issues and he’s a weirdo from what we saw on the last resort… No wonder he’s single. He’s definitely got Peter Pan syndrome and thinks he’s hotter than he ever has been and thinks he’s some sort of prize which is hilarious.
Jasmine has always accused Gino of cheating, shouting at him and abusing him.
Controlling him, trying to get him away from his family.
Shouted at him if he dare look at another female.
Yet she can have male friends and even be friends with her ex
And now she’s proven she actually the cheater not Gino.
I feel sorry for the child having her as a mother, she’s already abandoned her son’s.
Josh is telling the truth
Usually the person barking the loudest about their partner cheating is actually the one who is doing the cheating. There’s names for women like Jasmine and wait until reality hits this Matt dude. You lose them the way you got them.
