Farrah Abraham Says Some ‘Teen Mom’ Producers & Co-Stars Are Attending Her Upcoming Comedy Show; Reveals She Got Turned Down After Recently Trying to Get Back on Show

Farrah Abraham: mom, stand-up comedian, reality TV star, self-proclaimed lawyer and walking HR nightmare.

Farrah Abraham is making her stand-up comedy debut at a gentleman’s club in New York City next month, and while the room is sure to be packed with Farrah fanatics (all dozen of them or so), a few of those seats will reportedly be filled by some of Farrah’s former Teen Mom co-stars as well. This comes just after Farrah attempted to get her (and her infamous backdoor) back on the MTV reality show, only to be told “no thanks” by the show’s producers.

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, Farrah chatted about her latest career move, telling the outlet she’s looking forward to bringing laughs– and lap dances, to those willing to slap down $250– to the stage of the Spearmint Rhino New York on March 13 and that she’s also excited to catch up with her many fans and supporters.

Among those supporters slated to attend her big debut, Farrah said, are producers from Teen Mom, as well as a very special “‘Teen Mom’ surprise.”

“I don’t know if I want to let the surprise out of the bag right now, but I did give two seats to some ‘Teen Mom’ co-stars and they are very important to me in my journey,” Farrah teased. “So, just in case they can’t come, I don’t want to put it out there yet and if they do come, they’ll definitely be on the red carpet with me.”

Who The Ashley is hoping will be sitting in those two seats…

Though Farrah has certainly never been considered a shoo-in for Miss Congeniality of ‘Teen Mom,’ she insists that she has “mad love” for the entire cast of the too long-running franchise, claiming she knows “it’s hard for them to adult right now and the transitions.” (No, that isn’t a typo.)

(While unrelated to her stand-up show, Farrah also revealed that she has a second ‘Teen Mom’-related surprise lined up for the week after her comedy debut; she and former Teen Mom 2 star Kail Lowry will be teaming up to record an episode of one of Kail’s podcasts. Farrah said the episode is “gonna be really fun” and will be recorded in New York.)

“What, you guys think it’s easy to find content for all of these podcasts I’ve got going on?! It was either her or Briana.”

Although Farrah is seemingly determined to make this whole comedy thing happen at the moment, she revealed this week that she’s still open to the idea of returning to the ‘Teen Mom’ world; however, she maintains that it has yet to happen because “budgets have not been right.”

“I even did a pitch for Sophia’s sweet sixteen to [‘Teen Mom’] but the budgets weren’t right,” she added. “If I do come back, if we get the budgets in the future … I would love to … .”

In the event that these “budgets” are unable to be sorted, Farrah said this new comedy venture of hers can be “the next best thing.”

“If I can’t find a home in ‘Teen Mom’ anymore, like, let’s just laugh, let’s be present,” she said. “We can talk about the old times, the new times, and everything in between, and [fans] can also see Sophia.

“Old times, new times, old faces, current ones…”

“I’m very excited about this,” Farrah continued. “Either way, I’d love to come back and I love keeping them here in this comedy adventure that we’re going on.”

When Farrah hits the stage (and some laps) next month, she’ll be performing a comedy show titled, “Diary of a Teen Mom.” While “teen mom” is in the title, Farrah promises the show will touch on an array of topics, including her “transitions in life” and whether she’s “doing good at this adulting thing.”

“ … from being a teen mom to being an amazing mom who’s almost, like, an empty nester … ,” Farrah said, despite the fact that her daughter just turned 16 literally days ago.

Farrah added that, while she’s “never roasted anyone,” she may also use this comedy show as an opportunity to crack some jokes at others’ expense and might even reveal what she would title the current season of ‘Teen Mom’ if given the chance.

“I feel like a lot of the time I am the punchline, the butt of all jokes, but now I get to crack the jokes and roast some people,” Farrah said.

“Geez you make an assortment of butt movies in the adult industry and you never stop being the BUTT of the jokes, I guess!”

“[The show is] gonna be filled with pop culture, it’s gonna be filled with what I’m doing right now, whether that’s helping my homeless friends or traveling the world and losing my luggage like [I did] today … .”

To sum it up: Farrah’s gonna Farrah.
