Lisa Vanderpump is bringing her iconic brand (and name) to the Las Vegas strip with The Vanderpump Hotel– a “first-of-its-kind destination” opening in early 2026.
“I do have some very exciting news, I’ve been holding it in, it’s been so difficult,” Lisa said in a new promotional video for The Vanderpump Hotel. “I mean, I’ve seen my name in a lot of places– banners, on television shows– but this is something totally different. I think this is a restauranteur’s dream, it’s iconic.”
While Lisa has already brought her Vanderpump brand to Sin City through restaurants and lounges, including Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas, her new project promises to bring a “new brand and an original concept” to the Las Vegas strip.
The Vanderpump Hotel will be located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road– the site where The Cromwell, a standalone boutique hotel, currently sits. According to Caesars Entertainment, the existing hotel will undergo a “complete renovation and transition” into The Vanderpump Hotel.
“I am thrilled to once again be partnering with Caesars Entertainment, this time to venture into the hotel business,” Lisa said in a press release for the new hotel. “What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful and upscale. Hospitality has always been our passion, and our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique history.
“Our successful history has always been based on the individuality of the location,” Lisa continued. “Through my design company, Vanderpump Alain, with my partner Nick Alain, we can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and make it something truly magical.”
While The Vanderpump Hotel will be Lisa’s first foray into the hotel world, Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, notes that this “phenomenal partnership with Lisa” has already resulted in three “very successful” restaurants. (Lisa also two Los Angeles restaurants— SUR and TomTom, as well as WOLF By Vanderpump at Harveys Lake Tahoe.)
According to Sean, Caesars Entertainment is looking forward to taking Lisa’s “vision and expertise to the next level” with The Vanderpump Hotel.
“[Lisa] will bring her stunning aesthetic and distinctive design to enhance the hotel reception and front desk area, introduce an all-new lounge and redesign of the 188 guest rooms and suites,” according to Caesars Entertainment. “The design will feature signature Vanderpump Alain furnishings and lighting fixtures and, as always with Vanderpump projects, everything will be bespoke and created specifically for the location.”
The Vanderpump Hotel will also reportedly focus on “sexy elegance and comfort,” promising gorgeous rooms, as well as a revamped casino floor.
The Cromwell Hotel is currently home to Giada De Laurentiis’ restaurant, GIADA, as well other bars and restaurants. It’s unknown if these establishments will remain at the location following The Vanderpump Hotel renovation.
