Kody’s Enraged & Robyn’s In Denial: Watch the New Trailer For the Rest of ‘Sister Wives’ Season 19

Robyn, either attempting to produce actual tears for once, or trying to remember if she brushed each one of her dolls’ hair today…

Draw on some squiggly eyebrows and dress your collectible dolls in their Sunday best– Sister Wives is back!

More than two months after the ‘Sister Wives’ Season 19 mid-season finale aired, TLC has announced that new episodes of the series are set to premiere April 20– including the much-anticipated Season 19 Tell-All!

While TLC released a trailer back in February giving viewers a look at what was coming this spring for Kody, Robyn, Meri, Janelle and Christine Brown, the network dropped another trailer on Thursday, focusing on the “new revelations and new beginnings” in store for the former plural family.

The new trailer kicks off with Meri and Janelle finally having a face-to-face talk on the family’s Coyote Pass property about selling the seemingly cursed piece of land, with Janelle confirming to viewers that they’ve yet to unload it, despite both she and Meri already unloading Kody as their husband.

“Maybe you should go ahead and start your apology tour NOW.”

“As long as that property remains a source of contention, I can’t full move on,” Janelle tells viewers.

During the conversation– which will presumably focus on the fact that Kody and Robyn are potentially doing Meri and Janelle dirty in the Coyote Pass deal– Meri angrily tells Janelle she’s “so mad,” and that it’s time to “get some lawyers involved.” Cut to an irate and shouting Kody reacting to Meri’s comments.

“I’m not trying to rip you off, Meri!” Kody yells to viewers.

“TRYING suggests that I haven’t already…”

Despite Kody’s not-at-all frightening words of assurance, Meri goes on to tell viewers that when it comes to the Coyote Pass property deal, she’s prepared to put up a fight.

Cue the “Put ‘Em Up by Worthy Up” merchandise…

As mentioned in the trailer from February, the remainder of Season 19 will also see Meri addressing the status of her relationship with Robyn and questioning just how “rill” their friendship ever was.

“There’s so many people that are like, ‘She was a liar, she’s manipulating,’” Meri tells her BFF Jenn Sullivan in the trailer.

“I had this bond with her … ,” Meri later says about her former sister wife. “Why tell me that you want to have a relationship with me and then ghost me?”

Unlike the first trailer, the new one includes a clip of Robyn defending herself by insisting that she “always had Meri’s back.”

“ … Even when people were plotting against her, ignoring her … ,” Robyn adds.

“…but enough about me.”

In a scene from the Season 19 Tell-All, Robyn is asked by host Suki Krishnan if she feels that Meri was “abandoned” by Kody. While we don’t get to hear Robyn’s response to the question, we do get to hear Christine’s.

“We were ALL abandoned,” she says.

“Much like his hair has abandoned his head in that funky pattern…”

Fans can also expect to see Kody continue to take zero accountability for his perpetual terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad actions, while insisting that he’s the victim.

“I am so sick and tired of being guilted for loving Robyn!” Kody shouts (again).

Man, lucky Robyn!

The new trailer concludes with a brief clip of Kody being completely disrespectful to Suki during the Tell-All…just in case anyone was still questioning how this man got three wives to leave him within less than two years.

He called/left a message for production. (We don’t know what was said. He may have stated his wishes.)
He had complicated feelings over filming, and his dad.
They were upset the military services are livestreamed and it felt violating at the time.
Some drama happened at the funeral and left a sour taste in somenof the kids mouths.
I think they are doing it to try and respect what they feel he would want.
Also not make a spectacle or make money off it.
Not to mention worsen family dynamics. I, for me, think about what Kody says in the best of times… he’s trying to “explain” and do so appropriately, all that… and still ends up saying horrid shit, making it worse and worse with every word. I was dreading his talking heads over the whole ordeal, I can’t imagine how everyone in the family feels about that.
A lot of people have been upset with Kody wanting to use big dramas, good bad ugliest, for the show, get rich style. How to spin and coordinate…etc. in a death that would feel gross.

So I’ve imagined it’s a combo of all the above to keep that personal for everyone’s sake.

I think they do, but I’m guessing they are going to be (believe it or not) as respectful and as straightforward as they can, without having to delve into details, in maybe 1-2 episodes of it and then leave it be. I don’t think (or at least I HOPE) they’re going to “storyline” it all. I can’t imagine the ache and stress it causes them to have to relive it again, this much later, because the show episodes we see now were taped so long ago. 🙁 But, I can’t imagine they wouldn’t address it at all.

They need to get another host for the reunion that won’t back down. Kody shuts her down and yells every reunion so she will back off of whatever question made man baby Kody throw a fit.

Robyn didn’t have Meri’s back. Robyn kept Meri fooled and close enough to manipulate her to doing what she wanted her to do. Meri divorced Kody so Robyn could become his legal wife and Kody could adopt Robyn’s kids. One thing I can say about Meri is that she seemed close to Robyn’s kids. Robyn knew that and so did Kody. Now Robyn won’t even allow Meri to talk to her kids. I’m not a huge fan of Meroe but she was obnoxiously loyal to Robyn and Robyn did her so dirty.

Sorry to say, Suki sucks as the host. You’re right; she backs off and doesn’t make Kootie answer the question. Tamron Hall and Natalie Morales were ever so much better hosts. Kootie’s an ass, Robbem is as big a liar as ever. Nothing new there.

I totally agree. They need a host who will pin Kody down and not back down to his tantrums and avoiding answers. As for Robyn, if she is the love of Kody’s life, so be it. They deserve each other. For all their preaching about polygamy all they did was show a lack of respect for women. Robyn never had anyone’s back. I do wish Meri and Janelle luck concerning the Coyote Pass land. Kody and Robyn will do all they can to cheat them but Janelle and Meri should have seen it coming. Each woman had her own home in Vegas and because of Robyn they all sold out to move to Flagstaff where Robyn ended up with a huge house. Once again I ask, what in the hell did those women ever see in Kody?

As misogynistic as it is, they need a male host. Kody needs to have a man confront him, he would never talk the way he talks to Suki if it was a man there. Not any man, a man Kody things is like tough and very “masculine”.

I also would love for the male host to almost flirt with all the wives, but Robyn. Just another little day at his ego that he stuck with the one that nobody wants.

I agree. Kody does need a man to confront him and also play the game with little Robyn. I have a feeling the Coyote Pass property will end up going to Kody overall. Again I ask myself, what in the hell did Meri, Janelle and Christine ever see in that jerk? I damn near pee’d my pants when he screamed about stabbing him in his kidneys. What a jerk.

I really think Kody has always kind of been a little bit of a jerk…. but before Robyn I think they just thought that’s how he is…. I think seeing him treat Robyn so kindly even when he disagrees with her or when he’s mad at her, still having you know, crazy idea, respect for your partner, was eye-opening.

Especially Christine. Like Christine would say an idea, it was so dumb and stupid… but Robyn says it, it’s an idea with considering, or the best.

Like I remember when Christine said they should sell shirts through my sister wife’s closet and Kody told her it was a stupid idea, it will ruin the brand… lol… yes, they are Chanel or Dior… how could they ruin their brand… /s

I actually think it was a genius idea… probably would’ve been the most successful thing they sold through my sister wifes’ closet…. but you know Christine’s a dumb dumb she doesn’t know anything …

Meri is just pathetic and sad. She can’t even see when the man is telling her I don’t love you, leave me alone, never call me again… and she still holding on… he’ll come around.

That would be ideal!!! I truly would love a mans take on this situation. I promise he would not be so wishy washy with his answers. He is intimidated by other men. Women he automatically sees as being less than him.

Yes!!! That interviewer is too nice. She needs to ask the hard questions and hold him to account to answer. I don’t even watch this any longer because of the lack of accountability for his own children. Ridiculous!!!

Robyn defending herself by insisting that she “always had Meri’s back.”…“ … Even when people were plotting against her, ignoring her … ,” Robyn adds.

Oh please, the notion that Janelle and Christine are some sorry of nefarious characters who plotted against anyone patently is absurd. Go figure, three women married/spiritually married to the same person for 25+ years aren’t the best of friends. It’s not hard to believe. And, once you are introduced to the dou¢he they were all “married” to, you can understand why.

LOL. That sums it up pretty well.

I never viewed it as a genuine friendship. It always seemed strategic to me. Robyn had no chance with anyone else. Targeting the weakest link and becoming friends with Meri made it easier for her to pretend she wasn’t the problem.
