Micah Plath’s days of modeling are allegedly behind him due to the severe injuries he sustained in February at the hands of his younger brother Isaac Plath.
As The Ashley previously reported, the Welcome to Plathville stars got into a brutal physical fight following their sister Lydia Plath’s wedding to Zac Wyse in February. During the brother brawl, Micah ended up getting his nose broken and ultimately had to go to the hospital to have his extensive facial wounds tended to.
Micah’s girlfriend at the time of the incident, Veronica Peters, later confirmed the details of the altercation on Instagram, alleging that Isaac had “drunkenly rearranged [Micah’s] face” and “nearly killed him.”
In a new interview with The Sarah Fraser Show, Veronica provided more information about Micah’s wounds, revealing to Sarah that her ex will no longer be modeling as a result of the injuries he sustained back in February.
While she and Micah are no longer together, Veronica admitted this week that she’s curious to see what her ex’s face looks like now, nearly two months post-Plath-wedding beatdown. (As The Ashley previously told you, Veronica and Micah broke up after Lydia’s wedding, with Veronica later taking social media to call Micah a scammer and liar and claiming that she was scammed into buying Micah a new set of teeth.)
Veronica— who previously stated that Micah’s nose was basically “ripped off” in the fight— said she has not seen recent pictures of her ex.
“I want a photo of his nose, I’ve been like, commissioning people to get me a photo, but nobody’s talked to him,” Veronica said this week.
While Veronica insisted that “nobody” has talked to her ex since the incident, she also claimed that Micah has been reaching out to some of her friends in an attempt to lock down a place to crash, as the TLC star had been living with her prior to their split.
“He’s been hitting up all my friends though, trying to live with them and I was like, ‘You really think you’re gonna couch surf with my best friend?’ Like, sir … ,” Veronica said.
During the interview, Veronica was also asked if the injuries Micah sustained are as bad as people have been saying online, to which she responded, “yes.”
“He looked like a cat that was stung by a bee when he was moving out of my house,” she said, before going on to mention the large “rip” going through– seemingly most of– Micah’s nose.
When asked how Isaac managed to inflict such severe injuries to his brother, Veronica explained that Isaac delivered “several uppercuts” to Micah’s face while Micah was on the floor.
When discussing Micah and Isaac’s fight last month on social media, Veronica didn’t reveal the main cause of the brother beatdown, though she did state that it was “an aggressive drunk fist fight” and that Isaac’s actions were spurred by “alcohol and being an emotional teenager.”
Veronica, who had already left the wedding and returned to her hotel room at the time of the altercation, also claimed that the Plaths didn’t inform her that Micah had been in a fight, or that he had been taken to the hospital.
“I was asleep at my hotel by then … I called him almost 100 times when I woke up to see his location at a hospital in Florida,” she recalled. “I thought he could’ve been shot, or in a car accident. Never in my wildest dreams [did I think he was] nearly beat to death by a family member … .”
While Micah did not press charges against his brother after the fight, Veronica claimed that she encouraged him to do so.
The Plath family has yet to comment publicly on the incident.

That entire clan is just so damned stunted and immature. At first Veronica said Micah’s nose was torn off and now it’s a deep gash? That actually makes more sense. Who knows what brought on the fight, but Isaac is up to his eyeballs with life. There’s a girl on Reddit claiming she’s now married to Isaac and expecting a child, but Isaac’s violence makes me afraid for any kids he may have. As for Micah looking for a new couch to crash on, I’m not surprised. He thinks his looks will get him through life and doesn’t want to work. I don’t know why he doesn’t just move back in with Barry?
Veronica even looks like a bitch in that group shot where everyone else has natural smiles. From what we saw of their relationship last season, he constantly had to go out of his way to keep her happy. Not worth it! Glad he moved on.
I hope Micah and Isaac will be able to put the fight behind them.
I don’t know these people, but if the injuries are really as severe as they sound, and he has chosen not to talk about what was probably a pretty traumatic event, it seems pretty shitty for his ex to run to tabloids to discuss how bad his injuries were and brag about trying to commission a photo of his nose. Even if he was a crappy boyfriend, she doesn’t exactly make herself look great here.
She is just beating them to it. They are going to air it all on their tv show because that’s what they do. They even went into detail about the death of one of their siblings who was run over by Kim.
