Andy Cohen has apologized (again) to Heidi Montag for calling ‘The Hill’s star “trash” on a 2011 episode of ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ just days after Heidi’s husband Spencer Pratt publicly asked the Bravo host to “link up off-camera” over Andy’s 14-year-old comments about Heidi.
