Jill Duggar Dillard’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, recently attended a memorial service for the stillborn daughter of Jill and her husband Derick. Their presence surprised many ‘Counting On’ fans, due to Jill and Derick being estranged from Jim Bob for years.
